Guest guest
Howdy one and ALL! My lymph nodes hurt under my right arm but they're not swollen. My doctor has heard this from me for years and said not to worry about it since they're fighting and that's what they do. They also burn sometimes and again I got the same reply from various sites and postings. I'm not worried, really, but I also ask myself the question, am I doing everything? The answer is, yes I am with the exception of the liver cleanse which I can't seem to do for God knows what reason... yet! Currently I'm taking the Oleander Soup, MMS, CS, sometimes Essiac tea. All kinds of amino acids, vits mins, organic vegetables. I do eat some beef, chicken pork, poultry. With all the awesome foods and supplements we have to fight virus and cancers and all, I may be missing something. Any recommendations? Guest guest
Hello Mister Armpit, I have no idea how others have found them, but I use a lymphaciser. Years ago I recovered from breast cancer without the usual slash, burn and poison. A friend lent me her lymphaciser and the first time I tried it, I only managed 10 pathetic little jumps - glad there were no cameras around to attest to the fact that I almost crawled off, while whimpering. :-) 12 hours later I nervously tried again & just held onto my armpit. I managed about 20 little jumps and didn't whimper. Within a fortnight I was able to count 500 jumps and hopped off, breathless. I can't remember how long it was before I felt no pain. I think it helped, so I bought one. They are probably available 2nd hand on auction sites - just make sure it has 48 springs, lift the fabric cover to ensure there is no oxidisation. Some come with a bar that can be attached, to hold onto, if you are frail. It is meant to stimulate the lymph system and improve circulation. If it WAS just the diet, I still don't regret using it, as it was good exercise without having to go briskly walking in traffic fumes. They are low enough to slide under the bed when not in use. I suppose it was like a barometer. Less pain meant there was less garbage left to clear. I didn't have a special programme, I either jogged or jumped on it. Later on I was able to start playing social club table tennis - luckily for me, it wasn't a serious business, so there was a lot of hilarity, which was also very healing. I have begun using it again, as I backslid re diet. It's not the armpit that's painful, it's the nodes near the collar bone. I'm not even going to bother going to the doc for verification - whatever the symptoms, the cause is always the same! Sometimes their diagnostic tools are really too dangerous - eg., 160psi mammograms & fine needle biopsies, esp if we're in a fragile state. I am very sorry that I cut down an oleander when my children were small, in ignorance of the health benefits of cooking it. We live and learn. Guest guest
Dear Armpit, Definately get off the meat and eat as much raw as you can. Even if it is 50-70%. It is hard on our digestion among other things to eat meat, it putrifies. Look into Colon Hydrotherapy as well, it has done myself a world of good to say the least. It is amazing the toxins/gunk our poor bodies are dealing with. Tammatha - mister oleander soup Monday, May 26, 2008 5:12 PM Got Lymph? Guest guest
Hello Robyn, I bought a copy of Ross Horne's " The Health Revolution " & the accompanying Anti-cancer, Anti-heart attack recipe book & collected raw recipes. An aunt instructed me, long distance, re coffee enemas. I haunted 2nd hand bookshops & found a copy of Gerson's 50 case studies book. Couldn't afford to go all out with Gerson - it had cost my aunt $10,000 to get supplies from Mexico for her husband. I juiced pesticide-free fruit & veges, mostly carrots, beets & celery. Cruciferous veges are good but I prefer celery. Grew my own wheat, rye & barley grass for juice. Grew numerous sprouts and made Essene bread & " cooked " it in the sun in summer, otherwise just dried it out using the fan function on my oven so as not to destroy the enzymes. Included grated beets or carrots for variety. Lovely & moist and cheap to make. No cooked grains at all. Gerson said no salt, I'm not a dr but it didn't sound right to me. I did use a bit of a grey, damp sea salt every now and then. I planted grapes & so did my next-door neighbour, so I had a big supply in autumn. I couldn't find anyone to give me either IV vitamin C or B12 injections. When I could afford it, I would take up to 100gms vit C orally per day but I never reached bowel tolerance. Fats I used were linoleic acid, LNA, DHA and EPA. Please don't ask me to spell them! :0) I used Lugols iodine, hydrogen peroxide for oxygenation, selenium, as our soils are very deficient, calmag for fear - I used to wake in the night with palpitations because of worry about my children's future, one of whom was injured by vaccine when he was 6 months old. Then I found out about melatonin. That was gooooood! By the time our esteemed politicians restricted its use to prescription only and doubled the price, I was OK mentally and had got past the fear. Never wore sunglasses, because of the benefits to the pineal gland & immunity & don't use the carcinogenic sunscreen our cancer society touts. Several probiotics - they weren't called that then, they were just referred to as micro-organisms. I used 2 types of bifidus & a lactobacillus. Can't remember what they were. Milk thistle, red clover, rosemary, green tea and dandelions. MSM, extra Vit A & E. chlorella, kelp, maitake, and I love miso. I will eat fermented soy only, even now. I did eat raw fish occasionally, with lime/lemon & coconut. I think the turning point was constitutional homoeopathic treatment. Acupuncture was helpful but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Visualisation, meditation and prayer were good, imagining health restored! I did have a tendency to fall asleep though. Sitting in a kitchen chair or kneeling on the floor at 5am before the children woke. Several times they found me on my knees with my forehead against the wall, fast asleep. I knew about Dr Johanna Budwig, but I could not eat cottage cheese - just a personal aversion, yet I have no trouble with a cup of olive oil & grapefruit juice. I still do the gallbladder/liver flushes, but I drink fresh apple juice for a week before and eat lots of radishes, nothing else. The first time there was gravel, since then, only chaff. The first time, shoulder pain that I'd had for 2 years following whiplash, disappeared overnight. It was on the gallbladder meridian. A real unexpected bonus. We were lucky enough to live in an unfluoridated area, so there was only aluminium and chlorine to clean out of our water. That's about it. Sorry this is so lengthy. If I remember anything else, I'll let you know. Had to give up swimming club as the chlorine made me wheeze. Guest guest
Try using Lymphdiaral by Pascoe, either the cream to put directly on the lymphs or the drops to take internally (contains alcohol but you only need a few drops a day). You should notice a difference in a couple of days. Vitamin E oil, 800 IU 3 times a day for about two weeks will also do the trick for most people. Ionic footbaths get the lymph moving as does rebounding. I was at a seminar a few weeks ago (nothing to do with health) and we learned this exercise which is kind of like rebounding without the rebounder. You simply stand with your feet about shoulder width apart, arms near the body, elbows bent so your hands are kind of at shoulder level with your hands hanging loose. Now comes the fun part which makes you look like a silly exotic bird, you kind of go into a squat/bounce with your shoulders and arms moving up and down. This is done quite rapidly at about the pace of if you were skipping. It makes the lymph flow and gives you energy. Best of all, not equipment to buy. It's an old Aborigine exercise. Perhaps one day I'll videotape it and post it online. Would be good for a laugh if nothing else!
