HOPE YOU ARE ALL HAVING A BLESSED, FUN, kinda silly & SAFE MEMORIAL

DAY!

H E L P! I'm reaching out here which is not very easy for a guy like me.

I have a HUGE challenge with the liver/gall bladder cleanses that

require the olive oil, lemon or grapefruit, etc.

Why? Don't ask! I haven't a CLUE! I have had the ingredients but cannot

(yet) wrap my head around the idea which totally mystifies me since I'm

doing everything else from MMS, CS, the soup, diet, etc.

BTW., I use olive oil and lemons almost everyday...go fig!

Not looking for a lecture, I need some grace here... ;)

Is there anyone who can recommend something that can help me to detox,

cleanse, and rebuild my liver and gall bladder until I can do this?

Mystified! :)

I had severe liver issues for over 20 years. I did the olive

oil/grapefruit cleanse several times, felt better for a few days and

then things were back to the " normal " brain fog and irritability,

hormone problems, etc. This was merely one of many different cleanses

I did. I fasted and juiced regularly (made it worse according to my

holistic doc so I stopped with that).

I've tried a ton of things (email me if you want the list...I've

documented most of it) and found that Natural Cellular Defense was the

most helpful. My brain fog was gone (never to return) after about 9

days. My skin cleared up (all other detoxes would come out of my

skin) and has stayed clear.

A couple of things along the way that I've found helpful but would

stop working shortly after taking them:

-aloe vera juice (would still consume daily if I had access to it in

my backyard)

-Cordyceps sinensis mushrooms (excellent for energy if you can get a

good quality one)

-ionic footbaths

-magnetic insoles for energy (I'm guessing you're tired!)

I still take Hepeel from Heel which is a homepathic ampule, one a

week. I was recommended to do this for life but seeing as I'm in

another country than the environmental doc who recommended this I'm

not sure if I really need it or not. Can't hurt and it's cheap. My

liver is back to normal. No detectable damage at all now according to

both ETA scan and SCIO.

I avoid fried foods always, sugar almost always, pork and white flour

unless I'm invited to dinner and that's what they're serving and I'm

quite flexible about everything else. Mostly I eat veggies, both raw

and lightly cooked and fruits and eggs; very little grain products

(millet and occasionally some rice). I was allergic to eggs at one

point when I was highly toxic. I guess the sulfur was causing detox

and with a clogged up liver it was just recirculating.

The oil and grapefruit cleanse is not very pleasant. Coffee enemas

would probably serve you better and of course the Natural Cellular

Defense that has gotten a lot of people with liver problems back to

feeling great. Of course, most people would consider me partial since

I'm a distributor but I only became one when I saw how it helped me

and now hundreds of others too. Results are quite predictable

although time will vary. If the bowels are in good shape and healthy

bacteria is present then results will be faster.

Since I have done so many of these

cleanses, personally (when healing from cancer, at one point, I did one every

week for seven weeks), and also require clients to perform them, maybe I can

give some suggestions to help. J  This type of liver/gallbladder cleanse

gives the best results, in my opinion.

As far as the olive drink try the following:

Mix up the olive oil drink the morning of the day you are supposed to drink it.

If you will use organic grapefruit, instead of lemon, you will get a much

better emulsification and it will help to liquefy the oil somewhat.

Add a couple of drops of peppermint

essential oil to the mixture (shake well) as this will help with any nausea.

By the way, most people do not experience nausea.

Keep the mixture in the fridge until

time to drink it as it is much easier to get down when it is cold.

Shake the mixture very, very well. Drink the mixture through a straw, quickly,

as it will help it go down very easy. Then follow the remaining directions.

There are foods that can help with detoxification but it will take them a long

time to actually cleanse effectively.  Beet juice is very cleansing, but you

must be careful with this and not drink too much in the beginning.  Milk

Thistle will help to support the liver.

Cleansing Soup (This will “help”

with cleansing)

1 Organic Beet - Chopped

2 Organic Carrots - Chopped

10 Organic Garlic cloves - Minced

½ Organic Onion - Chopped

1 Teaspoon Organic Himalayan Sea Salt

½ Teaspoon Organic Turmeric

½ Teaspoon Organic Oregano

Pour 32 ounces of purified water into a soup pot. Add all of the ingredients to

the water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and then simmer on low heat for one

hour. Eat this soup for your lunch meal.

The ingredients are high in naturally

occurring sulphur and glutathione. Sulphur helps the liver detoxify harmful

chemicals. The combination of these foods will help your liver purge toxins

during the cleansing process. Other liver and gallbladder detoxifying foods are

artichoke, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts, and

cauliflower which may also be added to the soup if you wish.

No lecture.  Most people are very apprehensive at first.  When you are ready to

do it, let me know if you have questions or need support in any way.

Be Well

Loretta

Sharon,

Both my wife and I had liver problems. At 67 we've had many things, but we both take super phos 30tm from a company called Dews twenty first century products. We never knew there were liver stones until we took it. We felt great after the first time and use the product every 2 years. It is awesome! Iraerly list a company on this web unless I've had actual proof.

Sharon,

That NCD (liquid zeolite) is an awesome product. I had a case of mercury poisoning from an amalgam filling removed without any protection from a dentist. I thought I was going crazy.... I found out about mercury detox wih NCD and felt better after 5 days, although I continued with it for a few weeks. It was a lifesaver for me.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for posting. Can I add your experience to my testimonials

document? Would love to get a bit more detail if possible. Write me

off-group if you don't mind. The NCD is the most amazing thing I have

ever used and I've tried a lot!

What people need to understand is that so long as there is mercury in

the body, complete healing is not possible or permanent. These days

we all have mercury in our systems, thanks to the environment and our

inability to stop breathing and survive!

Hi Loretta,

Yes. I was VP and part owner of GHC. I

interned under Dr. Group during that time. He is a personal friend and the doc

that helped me heal from colon cancer.

There are several places on the Internet that have “healing” soup

recipes.  Basically, any good organic home-made vegetable soup with some added

organic herbs will help with cleansing.  Vegetables are “easy” on

the digestive tract thus easy to digest.  His soup is very good, however I

usually make it a bit different. J.

That is wonderful. I like the website very much. Good for you in healing your colon cancer, I love to hear this. He sounds like he was a great mentor & supporter. I believe we all need one so we can heal without mainstream interference. How long ago did you have the colon cancer?

RE: Reaching out...Liver cleanse

Yes. I was VP and part owner of GHC. I interned under Dr. Group during that time. He is a personal friend and the doc that helped me heal from colon cancer. There are several places on the Internet that have “healing” soup recipes. Basically, any good organic home-made vegetable soup with some added organic herbs will help with cleansing. Vegetables are “easy” on the digestive tract thus easy to digest. His soup is very good, however I usually make it a bit different. J.Be Well~

Hi Loretta,

This is the same soup I used for my cleanses. I found it on Dr. Groups website GHC Global Healing Center. It tastes pretty good.

Is that where you found it?

RE: Reaching out...Liver cleanse

Since I have done so many of these cleanses, personally (when healing from cancer, at one point, I did one every week for seven weeks), and also require clients to perform them, maybe I can give some suggestions to help. J This type of liver/gallbladder cleanse gives the best results, in my opinion. As far as the olive drink try the following:Mix up the olive oil drink the morning of the day you are supposed to drink it. If you will use organic grapefruit, instead of lemon, you will get a much better emulsification and it will help to liquefy the oil somewhat.

Add a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil to the mixture (shake well) as this will help with any nausea. By the way, most people do not experience nausea.

Keep the mixture in the fridge until time to drink it as it is much easier to get down when it is cold.Shake the mixture very, very well. Drink the mixture through a straw, quickly, as it will help it go down very easy. Then follow the remaining directions. There are foods that can help with detoxification but it will take them a long time to actually cleanse effectively. Beet juice is very cleansing, but you must be careful with this and not drink too much in the beginning. Milk Thistle will help to support the liver.Cleansing Soup (This will “help” with cleansing)

1 Organic Beet - Chopped

2 Organic Carrots - Chopped

10 Organic Garlic cloves - Minced

½ Organic Onion - Chopped

1 Teaspoon Organic Himalayan Sea Salt

½ Teaspoon Organic Turmeric

½ Teaspoon Organic OreganoPour 32 ounces of purified water into a soup pot. Add all of the ingredients to the water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and then simmer on low heat for one hour. Eat this soup for your lunch meal.

The ingredients are high in naturally occurring sulphur and glutathione. Sulphur helps the liver detoxify harmful chemicals. The combination of these foods will help your liver purge toxins during the cleansing process. Other liver and gallbladder detoxifying foods are artichoke, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower which may also be added to the soup if you wish.No lecture. Most people are very apprehensive at first. When you are ready to do it, let me know if you have questions or need support in any way.Be WellLoretta

Mystified! :)

That

cancer, I love to hear this. He sounds like he was a great mentor &

supporter. I believe we all need one so we can heal without mainstream

interference. How long ago did you have the colon cancer?
