A friend sent me a bottle of " Silva Solution-Potentized Liquid Silver " .

silver, 10ppm. Can anyone tell me if this is the same as colloidal

silver? I have come down with a cold and am thinking about taking it,

but the dosage on the bottle seems very small, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon, and

double it for acute conditions. Those of you who take colloidal silver,

what dosage do you take? And do you take it everyday or just as needed?

Also, have any of you tried molecula silver? I just read about it on

the cure your cancer website.

Hi Betty,

I take colloidal silver from Utopia Silver . I will say I am not familiar with that company and I am not really knowledgeable on the ppm's needed. I am sure Tony or someone else will come along for that.

I will say that 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sounds very low. Myself, I take one teaspoon a day for general maintenance and the recommended dosage is from 1 to 3 teaspoons per day. For illnesses, yes more. However, I do not know anything about this company, so I will not recommend the dosage you should take.

I also do know that many companies make an imitation of colloidal silver, I belive ionic silver. I do not know if this is such a company, I am just sharing what I know, however limited.

Now I will tell you what I do know.

Colloidal Silver from Utopia Silver has done absolutely wonders, not only for me, but my pets. This winter I got a terrible strain of the flu. All I used was colloidal silver, never saw a doctor. Even though I was down for a little bit I did get well and I did not get pneumonia or the respiratory infection that always came along when I got the flu, even while taking the doctor prescribed antibiotics. I became a believer and take colloidal silver as a preventative every day. And actually, I feel so much better in general.

Not only that, but when my pets became ill, they got well in a couple of days and Colloidal Silver did wonders in healing Rascal's nasty wounds when he got into a serious altercation over a bone he found somewhere.

My biggest success was Misty, my nine year old baby. She was lethargic and had a fatty tumor on her back. I think it was a fatty tumor. No kidding, in a short time, the tumor was gone and Misty is now like a puppy she runs and jumps like she did so many years ago.

Someone else will come along and advise you on the company and the ppm's, I'm sure. However, I cannot help but recommend Utopia Silver, as that is the best you will find anywhere. There is no room for misunderstandings and mistakes.

And yes, I recommend it for what ever illness or infection you may have, as colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic and works for anything, including deadly microbes such as MRSA.

I could go on and on as to the other uses of colloidal silver but I will stop here.

This is a homeopathic silver. I

don't have any experience with this particular brand; however, I'm sure it will

not hurt you. A 10ppm silver is actually very good; however, this is

something that many silver-makers disagree on. You can always call the

company to ask any questions that you may have - in fact, I would encourage

this.

 

Everyone that makes silver will say theres is the best and there are some very

good ones out there as well as some that may be harmful. I think recommends Utopia and gives members of this list a discount when ordering.

 

I can tell you my experience with molecular silver as we have a silver that we

offer (in office) that is the very same thing as the molecula silver---probably

the same people make it. It actually " acts " like a homeopathic

and people always tell us how good it works. I have a lot of experieince in

making silver a very good ionic silver, but molecular silver seems to be much

better. I know people will get hung-up on the " nano-particle "

part but there is really no reason to as there are ways to do this so that it will

not hurt the body. The people who make our Silver Elite (same as

molecula) do an excellent job and are very much experts at what they do.

They also make our liquid zeolite, ZeoMax (zeolite bound to fulvic acid), which

is much safer and useable to the body than the one sold through the MLM

companies - and much cheaper!

 

Silver can be a very important part in any disease protocol; however, it is not

a a cure-all. It is always my first-line of attack against bacteria, viruses

and yeast (cancer patients almost always have a Candida concern) and almost

always works well for colds, flu, etc. We have even nebulized it into the

lungs which proves to be effective. I cannot recommend dosage for the

silver you mention, but it does seem quite low. If that is the dosage on

the bottle, then possibly it is a maintenance type of dosage. I usually suggest

at least 1-2 ounces every day or every other day depending upon what it is

being used for. Also, when using silver it is wise to be on a good

probiotic even though there is no good evidence that silver can harm the good

bacteria in the digestive tract. Better to be safe, though.

 

One more thing, which is a real stickler

with me, is the packaging. Just about everyone packages in plastic

(easier for shipping) and even the people that make ours say it is

" ok " to package in this manner. However, because I do a lot of

formulating for many of the OAW brand products, I believe that nothing is safe

when packaged in plastic. Nothing! Again, I don't care about all the “arguments

for” the use of plastic as I don't trust any of the plastic manufacturers

since their track-record for telling the whole truth about safety of plastics

is not good. In my opinion, I think that all vitamins and supplements

should be packaged in glass – there was a time when this was the norm.

We package Silver Elite in amber glass bottles. This is “my preference”

and I believe it to be a " safe " one. )

mentioned on the bottle and went there. You are right, Loretta, it is

a homeopathic formula, manufactured by TriMedica. It is in a brown

glass bottle. But nowhere did it say colloidal or ionic. Since it

seems to be specifically for colds, I think I will up the dosage to 2

teaspoons a couple of times a day. And maybe a hot toddy tonight, And

see what happens.

 

Like you, May, colds all too often turn into long-lasting

bronchitis and sometimes pneumonia for me. So it is a sad day when I

get a cold. I do everything I can think of to keep from getting one

in the first place but in spite of it all, lo and behold - there it
