Please look down at your Replies, and don't include long quoted messages. I get messages in a Daily Digest form.I laughed at Tony's story as much as anyone else, but having to scroll through it at least six time so far gets old.

Whining! I don't expect anyone to do this elementary courtesy, since I didn't get any replies to my queries about how long it has taken to see any response whatever, but I'm persistent and live in hope. In fact, I'd be dead if I didn't have those qualities.

Hi Rhoda,

You will find testimonies on the use of oleander in the Files link to the left. I also would invite others to please give your testimonies with regard to your use of oleander, whether it be the soup or the supplement from Sutherlandia OPC.

I would recommend reading the following articles with regard to the effectiveness of oleander.

Rhoda,When I first started on groups I used digest too and found it unworkable, not just because of the repetition that you mentioned but also because if one email was worth keeping I had to keep all the rest too, including all the trailers. Another problem was that I needed a way to sort different subjects. Fortunately there was a long discussion about this on another group and I learned how to go to "options" and then to "filters" after setting up a "folder" under my inbox, etc. Now I have all the emails for each group go straight into its own folder and I can flag especially interesting ones. I would imagine gmail has similar possibilities. I now only use digest for the four Freecycle groups in my area.I have edited your email down to the subject that I am answering for those who might need a sample.PatRhoda Mead <firefly541 wrote: Please look down at your Replies, and don't include long quoted messages.
