Like most of you, I take many supplements. Problem is, I don't know how

to take most of them. I know the systemic enzymes need to be taken on

an empty stomach and at least an hour before eating; the amino acids

should be taken apart from protein foods, but should they be taken with

food or does it matter. And some (like coQ10) need a bit of fat in

order to be properly utilized. And do the herbs mix well together? I am

confused, and a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing, right?

 

Also, now I am reading that it is not good to drink liquids with meals.

Yea gads! How is one to swallow all those pills then?

 

Can anyone shed any light on this?
