Guest guest
I too have a very secure system. I have three computers here on my network and all of them have to be very secure. When my guru came to deliver the new machines he'd built for me, we discovered a second hidden network on my computer. Apparently someone was using my computer (and network) for their own purposes. Weird. When I send a note on here to the groups, I no longer get a copy in my inbox. I have no clue why....and it makes me wonder if I'm getting all the postings. As for Molson....I'm from Minnesota. Have fished in Canada. You're our neighbor to the north. I really know nothing about Canadian beers. I'm a Sam Adams connoisseur...except it has way too many calories. I will continue to be vigilant against exposing my business email address online.Hmmm... The okay beer for okay friends is not good enough for this group. You're going for the good stuff? I guess I didn't include the BYOB in my invite.Isn't Molsons a Canadian beer? Are you a sister/brother Canadian? Eh?Cheers, JeannieNeed a new ride? Guest guest
ahzoov Sorry, I know this is off topic. I think it is an issue that concerns all of us though, So I hope everyone will be understanding. I did some research before replying to Tony's email. Groups say they are masking the email address to everyone except the moderators, if you have selected private in your profile. I checked a couple of the messages and that does appear to be the case online. ahzoov is how your email address appears. I guess this is the greater risk and masking saves us from email address harvesting robots. Unfortunately when the email is sent, that software doesn't follow the masking security that is provided online. I guess I will see in a couple of days, just how much new spam I am getting. Guest guest
Jeannie, to put your mind at ease, I have never received spam as a result of my participation in this group.
