Hi Tony. Do you mean that you mix them all together into one glass? That would help get it all down at once.

I drink a glass of juice, oleander, iodine and an oriential extract

q-ti most morning and like the taste just fine.

Yes, I drink a glass that contains a dropper full of a very special

iodine, a tablespoon of oleander and another dropper full of the

oriental mix plus the juice (right now I use apple juice - the taste

of apple juice is wonderful if it is chilled thoroughly). Often I

drink the juice with breakfast. Sometimes I even mix in the scoop

full of Inositol/IP6 as well. That stuff never does dissolve all the

way (but seems to dissolve much better in pomegranate juice), so the

last mouthful is going to be a bit gritty.

Thanks Tony. I usually mix a lot of my supplements into my smoothie. Can't taste a thing. I'm going to ask around here and see if I can come up with someone with an oleander that needs trimming, and also look to buy a couple for my yard.

Is the iodine Magnescent?

No, the iodine is made by one of the moderators of the iodine

supplement support forum at CureZone. He sent me a bottle and a very

special bottle of super concentrated oil of oregano a while back.

Magnescent is a very good form of iodine in my opinion - better than

iodoral and Lugol's. You can obtain it at:

http://www.mnwp.org/magnascent/index.html

You can also make your own iodine according to the directions and

plans developed by my good friend David of the Minnesota Wellnessy:
