There is no other fatty acid from the leaves that is not available in greater concentration in the seeds. I believe hemp seed oil has a better taste than flax seed oil, although I do like both. Regardless of the taste, all these products deliver some essential fatty acids that are necessary for health maintenance. There is much more oil in the seeds than in the leaves.
