I have been divided on where to get my drinking water from for a while. I have one of the aquasauna filters on my sink which is great(even though I do not use it much). I regularly buy bottled water. It seems my best options are... distilled water + minerals/electrolytes VS stripped of its natural mineral count vs PCBs, bacteria and remaining contaminants. Another thing I was thinking about... Maybe it was here I was referenced. But I read an article on PCBs in bottled water and the population having a high contamination rate. It then spoke of when plastic is hot it releases the bad stuff at a much higher rate. First thing I thought about were the trucks they come here in... I doubt they are always cool in that trailer. I bought a bottle of minerals from trace mineral research regularly(i think thats the name) for my aquasauna when i first got it. It was collected from the great lakes. After reading about all the pollution and funk in those lakes I let it go. Looks like we are screwed either way... Any suggestions?
Guest guest
When my local water company said I had the acceptable amount of cyonide in my water ,we started dring exclusively bottled water from costco. It may not be the best ,but better than drinking cyonide. That is thanks to President Bill Clinton as he established the mininum amount that could be in tap water. during his term as President. Guest guest
Carolyn Dean, a great naturopath recommends Evamor distilled water. Look for it online and put in your zip code to find it locally. I have tried it and I like it. My friend recommends and sells ionizers. He's a brilliant nutritionist, not just a salesman. He is totally against vaccines and flouride/mercury poisoning. There is also a spring water that you can get in Whole Foods that comes in glass bottles which I get often. After reading this article, I want to do something for better water. Suz
