Guest guest
Richard - That looks like a pretty good start to me. I would include some of the suggestions Jeffery Jack gave in a later message (juicing, powders, teas, etc.) and for sure add the daily raspberries and blue berries. When it comes to my suggested protocol, I favor addressing every element you can, but in particular I suggest that both oleander soup (or other form of oleander extract such as the OPC dietary supplement) AND Inositol/IP6 be used. As you can see here in this group, oleander has a proven track record against prostate cancer. So does Inositol/IP6 - in fact there is a guy I intend to write an article about who lives not far from here who had the highest PSA levels I have ever heard of - way up in the thousands. He used Inositol/IP6 along with a very healthy diet and lifestyle and now all levels are normal. Folks, thanks for all the suggestions. Now I suggest we not overwhelm Richard with even more suggestions and see how the program he puts together works. If need be we can always take a look at the other things that have worked for others in the group, but the list is getting a bit large now, and this IS after all the oleander soup group - and Richard did state a desire to keep it simple. oleander soup , RICHARD GORDON <richard3387 wrote: > > Hi MIchael, > > So far my e-mail generated several suggestions: > 1. Guest guest
Hi Tony, Thanks for the suggestions and thank you all for other suggestions. I am open to everything that has merit so it is all appreciated. I am making copies of these e-mails and putting them in a folder for my shopping list. So thank you all again.
