I try to do this two or three times a week. probably should do it every day. But, it makes a much better tasting drink. I just cut off the top and the bottom and wash the sides off usually don't peel it. I use a whole beet per drink. Usually mixing it with something helps the taste:-) Bet some place has raw beets. glad to hear all that you are taking - encouraging, I feel that I have to address the liver now that so much of the other stuff - acid reflux, immunity, repair after treatment/surgery had to be address, probably should have been addressing liver all along.
