Guest guest
Hello, and thank you Tony for creating and maintaining this group and your websites. I orginally found this group researching Anvirzel, but know that I simply cannot afford to purchase the Rx grade treatment. I was diagnosed with Burkitt's Lymphoma (a VERY aggressive NHL)in June 2007, and finished Chemo in December. A week ago, I noticed a small lump/regrowth on the top of my head and am REALLY hoping to avoid a 2nd round of chemo. I have begun Budwig as well as taking apricot kernels, and am adding Oleander as well. I think perhaps someone will tell me I am mixing too many protocols, but I couldn't find a contraindication concerning these 3 together. I would have preferred to start the Brandt protocol because of it's simplicity, but it is winter here, and IF you can find organic black or purple grapes locally at all, they are $5-$6 a pound and in short supply. I just made my first batch earlier today (and took my first dose).. I didn't have a 10-12 quart pot, so I only used a 6 quart dutch oven (and stuffed quite a bit of plany material in. I've followed the instuctions, and reduced it down to about 6-7 ounces (VERY dark brown), then added apple cider vinegar to bring the total batch size up to 15 ounces. I think I may have reduced/concentrated it much more than normal, so I only took 1/8 teaspoon to start with tonight. (my roommate who is an advanced practical nurse has been quite upset and argumentative about me using this therapy at all, so I started at 1/8 instead of 1/4) My question is this.. I assume that nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea are expected signs of too much (or too much too fast).. are there any other " warning " signs that I've reached my dose limit without knowing EXACTLY how strong the soup is? Probably a silly newbie question that's covered in the file section or archives somewhere, but my schedule lately has been heinous, and I haven't found anything specific in my random searches so far. Thank you all! Stephen
Guest guest
Hi Stephen, I can tell you that I have been taking OS for about 10 months just as a prevenative. I take 1 tbsp. per day. I occasionally have slightly loose stools. Other than this, I have never had any other symptoms. I have read every post that comes across this forum and I don't recall anyone else having any other normal symptoms. Some had said that they experienced numbness and tingling of the mouth and lips. It is recomended if this happens that the batch be thrown out because this could be related to pesticides on the oleander. The normal side effects that I have seen posted are as you say. Nausea, diarrhea, and occasionally vomiting. The only other thing that I have seen is a 75 year old friend of mine with prostate CA has been taking it and when he was taking 2 tbsp per day he developed bradycardia (slow heart rate) and weakness I beleive to be related to decreased cardiac output. He cut back to 1 tsp. per day and has not been having any problems. 1 tsp. is not that aggressive, but his CA is not that aggressive. He is doing well at this time. My prayers are with you Stephen. Blessings to you, Jeffscyo2 <scyo2 wrote: Hello, and thank you Tony for creating and maintaining this group and your websites.
