Guest guest
The Christmas Elf has finished her duties for this Holiday Season. This is my favorite picture with a very special resident. She is 91 years old. Love to all,

Guest guest
Unfornatally not. Severe insomnia has kept me awake combined with the anziety. I know wish I had not woke up from the cancer surgury as I live each day exhauted. I search website around the world daily with the energy I have left. I know this is a cancer site and I am looking for a different site. Sorry to unload on you, but please do not worry about me , between praying and searching, I'll find something. Merry Christmas, Happy New year and enjoy your life. You are a wonderful person as are all those in the cancercure site. Guest guest
Dear Bill, How I wish I would have seen this message earlier. I have been so very busy visiting shut ins for the holidays, making gift baskets, and so on and so forth. Today seems to be my so called first normal day in what seems a long time. Tomorrow I go out visiting again, but these are my normal Friday visits, with a few added on since the holidays. I am familiar with the anxiety and insomnia. Despite the fact that anxiety is very much physical, from my own personal experience, I know that you cannot have anxiety without a reason. The bad news is that by the time you have reached the stage of " anxiety " with physical symptoms, our worry has become out of control and has snowballed. You have gone through a lot Bill, so go easy on yourself. And by the way, we are all most thankful and happy that you did wake up from your surgery. First and foremost..... Put your worries aside. Give it to God. Tell God what is troubling you, and what you wish. Then mentally put all of it in a box. Wrap it and seal it. And give it to Him. Once you give God the box, it is out of your hands. He is in control. A very powerful affirmation to repeat many times daily is " Thank you Father for my Healing. " When tired, rest. Listen to your body. I found that a lot of my anxiety was due to being overtired and forcing myself to go on. Exactly what vitamins are you taking Bill? And..... Are you taking any prescription drugs? Did the protocol I gave you for anxiety help you? Also, did I give you the link for the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)? That will give you instant relief, although it does take practice. In case, I neglected to do this before, here is a link to an article that Tony posted on Curezone. http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1045993 And here is a link to the actual site. I get all the newsletters and keep up with everything. I find that in times of stress or emotional unheaval, anxiety tends to rear up its ugly little head, and EFT is actually a lifesaver. www.emofree.com I also have various meditations that I use. I don't want to overburden you with information, so please let me know of anyway I can help. I will give you this email, if anyone needs to get a hold of me, as my email is overburdened, especially with my being away from my computer for spans of time during the holidays. luellamay128 My very best wishes Bill. It will be okay. Hugs, oleander soup , w.wilkins wrote: > > Unfornatally not. Severe insomnia has kept me awake combined with the anziety.
