Guest guest
Dear Tony, I have been on the Sutherlandia OPC for approx 3 weeks now. I started off slowly, 5 mls per day then after 1 week increased to 10 mls and after another week I went to 15mls. When I first started the OPC my bowel movements were sinking in the bottom of the toilet and continued to do so until I was on the 15 mls which then caused diarrhea which I am still experiencing. Do you think I should cut back to 10mls or just continue with the 15? Do you know why the BM's are sinking? Many thanks to you and have a Blessed Christmas Adriana
Guest guest
Because they are heavier than water. OK, seriously I do not know for sure, but I suspect that there may be a kind of colon cleansing effect going on and some of the heavier accumulated matter is being flushed out. Are you also doing any cleanses? What else are you taking and/or doing differently? How long have you experienced the diarrhea? Certianly it is not something you would want to continue for many days, but it may be that it just takes a few days to become accustomed to the larger dosage. If it continues, I would cut back to 10ml and see if that made it stop. If it did, continue for a few days at 10 and gradually increase to 11, then 12, then 13, etc. and see how that does. oleander soup , " rockjacks50 " <jg.hlss wrote: > > Dear Tony, > > I have been on the Sutherlandia OPC for approx 3 weeks now.
