However, my credit card has to be verified, which may take up to 4 days!! Can Marc accept other forms of payment e.g. paypal to speed up customers purchases? I am sure he will work something out. Gist tumers have a reputation or returning and I'd much rather buy than try my luck at making it. When you contact marc,ask him to forward me a copy of the laws for importing oleander. I would be glad to buy and ship some if it is not illegal.
