Hi Robert,beta-sitosterol is a great remedy for stopping and reversing prostate enlargement. I also use an herbal blend called "Prosper". Both are available from Beyond a Century, and beta-sitosterol and other herbal blends are available from other supplement distributors. I did lower my PSA from 4.3 to 3.1 in less than 3 months.Dr. Goebel May <luellamay129 wrote: Robert, thank you for sharing your experience with us. I will keep you in prayer during your healing. I also had good luck with beta-sistosterol and I went from having to

get up at night 2 or 3 times to sleeping the whole night through with

no problems. One word of caution though. I took a large dose for a

while and even after my postate cleared I kept taking the same dose.

I should have back off after the problem cleared because beta-

sistoerol also lowers cholesterol and mine went from 180 down to 140

which is too low. Very low cholesterol levels may increase your

chances of stroke according to some things I read. I now only take

one pill a day rather than the 2 twice a day that I took originally.

Prostate is still fine and so is cholesterol.
