Guest guest
Since there is no profit in researching natural botanicals and other unpatentable supplements, reliable research and information about interactions between two or more supplements is hard to find. I would venture that it is encouraging that well over half the population takes one or more supplements and very few serious side effects are reported. Most often, those come from: 1. Interaction between a supplement and a drug 2. Taking too much 3. Taking supplements that have opposite effects 4. Taking too many supplements that do the same thing A good source for supplement interaction with drugs is: http://www.wellness.com/resources/complementary%20and%20alternative% 20medicine/33_Supplement%20Interaction_idx.htm And a good source of drug side effects is: http://www.newstarget.com/DrugWatch_Home.html If in doubt, ask a professional in the field. Or perhaps pose the question here - there are some pretty knowledgeable folks here. And a few of us that may not know " Jack " about a given subject, but know Google very well. oleander soup , robert-blau wrote: > > Interesting article . . . > > WHFoods: Can the way different nutrients react with each other be > problematic for your health? > http://whfoods.org/genpage.php?tname=dailytip & dbid=24 >
