Can the way different nutrients react with each other be problematic?

Since there is no profit in researching natural botanicals and other

unpatentable supplements, reliable research and information about

interactions between two or more supplements is hard to find.

I would venture that it is encouraging that well over half the

population takes one or more supplements and very few serious side

effects are reported. Most often, those come from:

1. Interaction between a supplement and a drug

2. Taking too much

3. Taking supplements that have opposite effects

4. Taking too many supplements that do the same thing

A good source for supplement interaction with drugs is:

20medicine/33_Supplement%20Interaction_idx.htm

And a good source of drug side effects is:

If in doubt, ask a professional in the field. Or perhaps pose the

question here - there are some pretty knowledgeable folks here. And a

few of us that may not know " Jack " about a given subject, but know

Google very well.
