Guest guest
My own personal recommendation for an effective way to reach and maintain an optimum diet is to incorporat one day a week of fasting into your diet. It can be a water fast one week, grapes and grapeseeds the next, watermelon the next, fruit juice the next, and juiced veggies and fruits the next. That will both shrink your stomach and, at least in the instance of grapes with seeds and watermelon, also cleanse your system. The rest of the week, instead of three large meals, have three small ones with healthy snacks in between - like fruits, nuts, raw veggies, etc. Before each meal and snack drink a glass of water and then do the same with each meal and snack. Chew your food at least 50 times per bite. For more information about diets and healthy recipes take a look at: /diets.htm and, since it is a site in progress, check back frequently for new recipes and a greatly expanded section on diets. A body builder? Have you ever used suma and bromelain? If I were a body builder or athlete, I would seriously consider those two. Suma has been called the Russian olympic team's secret weapon as it helps build muscle and endurance without the side effects associated with steroids and bromelain, among many wondrous things, helps speed healing and recovery up to four times as fast as normal. oleander soup , Michael Goebel <goebelchx wrote: > > From my 20 years of bodybuilding experience, I have some practical > knowledge regarding appetite suppressants. > > I could not recommend ephedrine or ephedra for someone who health has > not been evaluated by a healthcare practitioner.
