Hello,

 

I dont have any serious health issues, but I wanted to try this out in

terms of prevention, I started with 1/4 tea spoon 3 times a day, and

will try to increase the dose as the time goes by...

 

I will do this for a month and will change the routine to 3 times a

week of 1 tea spoon..or less

 

 

What I wanted to know is, did you notice any advantages ??

More energy? Being sick less?

 

I have a friend who has colitis..did you see anyone white intestinal

problems who got cured/better from drinking the extract?

 

Once you take oleander for a long time does your system becomes used

to it and requires a higher dosage? just like the drugs that docs

prescribe? or system doesn't become dependent on it?
