Guest guest
Nope - but it looks like yet another glowing report of a breakthrough, just like hundreds of others over the past half century. " Median survival after Rexin-G treatment was 10 months in the first study, and greater than six months in the second study. In the third study, wherein an innovative mathematically calculated optimal dose of Rexin-G (designated " Calculus of Parity " ) was given to three patients, tumor reduction and/or necrosis were achieved in 100% of patients. " Ten months survival and greater than six months is hardly what I would call encouraging, much less a breakthrough. And the misleading mainstream term of " response " is used, as is the misleading " tumor reduction and/or necrosis were achieved in 100% of patients " . That could mean that 99% had a tumor reduction, however small, and 1% had had tumor necrosis. Almost treatments result in some tumor reduction initially. The ones that lead to continued reduction and then complete elimination are what should be measured. And even then, you still have a mainstream treatment that does nothing to address the underlying causes. Much ado about nothing to hype up sales and investors would be my initial response. oleander soup , ahzoov wrote: > > _http://enewschannels.com/2006/11/07/enc366_000837.php_ > (http://enewschannels.com/2006/11/07/enc366_000837.php) > > > > > ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com >
