If anyone has any knowledge of natural and alternative treatments for multiple sclerosis, please let me know. I have been asked for help in another forum and really am at a loss beyond this advice I gave: The best suggestions I could make would be a good program of overall health, such as the one suggested for beating and avoiding cancer. In particular lots of raw vegetables, especially dark green ones, have been reported to be good for treating MD and removal of stress has been considered by many to be essential - just as it is for any medical conditions in my opinion. You might also consider using colloidal gold - there are many reports of gold being used against MD. Thanks, Tony
Guest guest
I cannot cite the study, but CMO, cetylmyristoleate, showed promise against multiple sclerosis. Its original use is as a pain reliever for arthritis (all except active infectious organism). It seems to exhibit a good response against inflammatory response w/o immune system compromise. Guest guest
Some further thoughts: Omega 3 fatty acids should be of indirect benefit, as should gamma linolenic acid. You might also check the article archives at Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients for MS nutritional support and alternative remedies. Guest guest
Thanks so much for the info - however, I should have said muscular dystrophy! A classic case of my mind saying one thing and my mutinous fingers typing another. oleander soup , Michael Goebel <goebelchx wrote: > > Some further thoughts: > Omega 3 fatty acids should be of indirect benefit, as should gamma > linolenic acid. > > You might also check the article archives at Townsend Letter for > Doctors and Patients for MS nutritional support and alternative > remedies. > > Dr. Goebel > > > --- Michael Goebel <goebelchx wrote: > > > I cannot cite the study, but CMO, cetylmyristoleate, showed promise > > against multiple sclerosis.
