Guest guest
Is anyone really surprised? . . . STATIN DRUGS CAUSE AMNESIA, BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS AND COGNITIVE LOSS Statin drugs for lowering cholesterol are the biggest sellers in the history of our human pharmaceutical experiment. However, these drugs interfere with the body's ability to produce cholesterol in the liver. And, by suppressing a vital metabolic pathway, they interfere in cholesterol production and in the synthesis of Coenzyme Q 10 as well as in the synthesis of dolichols, selenoproteins and other important substances. http://healthy.net/scr/news.asp?id=9331
Guest guest
I am not surprised at all. I have a friend whose doctor gave him Lipitor because his HDL (Good Cholesterol) was too high. He told him he felt better if that came down too. Needless to say, my friend's cholesterol is all screwed up. He found this out after he had an adverse reaction to the drug maybe two years later. The doctor then wanted to put him on Crestor. I said No!!!!!!!!!!! Don't take anything!!!!!!! I gave him a good diet plan and told him to eat oatmeal for breakfast every morning. Last I saw him he was doing much better. One person actually listened to me.
