Can I please cross post your words of wisdom to the blacksalve/Neoplasene for pets open forum list as it gives such a wonderful explaination of what we should be concentratating on when dealing with cancer.

They have the same choices - Chemo, operations and amputations.... which dont work with animals either!!

Very few animals are survivors

3f. Re: Chemo Cures Posted by: "Dr. Loretta Lanphier" drlanphier lanphierfamily Fri Aug 24, 2007 1:40 pm ((PDT))Just thought I would throw out my thoughts. Who works on Friday afternoonanyway? No one in Houston---just check the freeways. :-) Being a cancer survivor, I have done so much research that sometimes, literally, my head hurts. LOL! I am sure there are many on this list thatcan relate. :-) I think that maybe we need to get away from using the terms cure andremission. Just as when a person gets well from the flu or a stomach bug wedon't say they are cured or in remission, possibly we should do the same forcancer. With the flu, etc. we know that the person gets well, however; willthey get the flu again? Most probably as once you have a virus you willalways have that virus. It has been stated that a virus can live for 100years on dirt. What brings a virus back to life---the terrain. I think that with cancer, realizing that everyone has cancer cells in theirbody every day, it's more about the terrain. Even Louis Pasteur eventuallyrealized this about his germ theory. While writing her award-winningdoctoral dissertation in 1984, French pharmacist Marie Nonclercq, cameacross an unidentified book on the history of medicine. In this book sheread that, on his death bed, Louis Pasteur declared... "Claude Bernard wasright... the microbe is nothing, the terrain is everything." You see, whenwe put the responsibility for illness on something like a germ, then ittakes all responsibility from us which then allows us to put blind trust andfaith in those that "have been trained" to know more about germs than wedo---the medical community. However, we need to understand and teach othersthat no one is responsible for our health or lack of it, but us. We mustlearn to take on this responsibility because not only does it empower but wesoon come to the realization that no one cares as much about us being wellas we do! We soon realize that the answers are out their and available ANDthis in turn fosters HOPE which every needs in order to get well. Killing cancer cells is not what it should be about. Just as killing germsis not what it is about. We need to be more concerned with the terrain ofthe body so that it cannot or will not be hospitable to cancer cells takinghold. Chemo kills anything that is fast growing and this is why people losetheir hair, eyebrows and most of all the epithelial lining of the digestivetract which happens to be where 80% of the immune system is located! Theone system that God gave us to help fight off illness and we (conventionalmedicine) decide that it's really of no use. Oh.how smart we have become!NOT! Just killing cancer cells will never make anyone well. It may "seem" tocontrol for a while but eventually the cells will become immune to the"killer" and will find ways to continue to multiply. The blood tests thatare now performed to see if cancer is present are just not reliable. Evenon the lab sheet of every cancer marker test there is the disclaimer thatthis test should not be used in a manner to detect or diagnose cancer.Biopsies are not great either (besides the fact that they can promotecancer) because the interpretation is in the hands of the pathologist ANDthey are always told to err on the side of "caution." So there is thepossibility that a person may be border line or really not have cancer butyet because it is "close" they are told that cancer is present. Possiblythis is why some people "seem" to get well with allopathic cancermedicine-possibly they never had cancer to begin with. Or possibly the tumorwould have gone away on its own.it is suggested that we all develop tumorsduring our life and when the immune system/terrain is working effectivelythey are "caught" and the body rids itself of the tumor. This is why it is so very important that people know there is NO magicbullet for cancer in alternative medicine or allopathic medicine.Personally, I don't think there ever will be because, again, it is a terrainthing. All of us have different terrains, if you will. And this is whyclinical trials are ridiculous, at best. How many times have we watched adrug, that has passed clinical trials, brought to the public and before youknow it people are dying or having horrible side-effects. It's becauseeveryone's terrain is different. We are not clones, but this is exactlywhat it would take to have an effective clinical trial. That is, IF webelieve that lifestyle, diet, emotions, etc. play a role in the sickness orwellness of a person. Allopathic medicine does not believe these thingshave much of an effect on illness or health. Let's just take one of thesesuch as emotions. I can guarantee you, from doing nutritional balancing forcancer patients, that emotional toxicity is a HUGE piece to the cancerpuzzle. Yet, many just skip over this because it can be very difficult toget to the root cause. And we have been led to believe that emotions arenot a big deal. I have seen people not get completely well until theiremotional issues have been totally dealt with. These people, in thebeginning, were usually in denial or were just unwilling to go back andacknowledge their feelings of past wrongs. You see, our cells, hear everyword that we speak and feel every emotion that we feel. Yes, I know thissounds "way out there" but, it is true. The body is mostly water and so isthe cell. If you believe that water has memory then you understand where Iam going with this. As long as we are looking at synthetic chemicals to heal, we will not heal. The body doesn't get sick from a lack of synthetic chemicals. As long as wedon't practice prevention, we will not heal. There is no degenerativedisease that science has cured in the last 50 years. So, is our technologygetting better or worse? The scientific community is looking for "responses" not cures because theyhave realized that they can offer no cures. However, most patients "hear"the word "cure" when an oncologist says "response". Oncologists have theirown "language", if you will, and their words do not mean what the cancerpatient hears. You see, cancer patient hear words differently than mostpeople and this is because they are looking for HOPE. So any word thatresembles hope will be interpreted as "cure". However, if all a person islooking for is a response then possibly allopathic medicine would be a goodchoice. But realize that since it only treats symptoms, it will not helpto effectively manage the terrain of the body. Again, possibly we need to change the terminology currently used byallopathic medicine and the science community and not use the word "cure"especially since cancer cells are always present in the body. I think that"manage" is a better word as a healthy body "manages" cancer cells everysingle day. And instead of asking a person who is ill how they are doing, maybe we should ask "How is your body terrain." Anyway, just my thoughts. :-) These thoughts and a dollar fifty will getyou a cup of coffee just about anywhere, except Starbucks. LOL!
