On the last day you drink a cup of olive oil, followed 30 minutes later by a cup of lemon juice (fresh). The malic acid in apples and pears softens the hard matrix of the gall stones. The olive oil is to make your gut slick and get your gall bladder secreting powerfully. The citric acid in the lemons is to complete the breaking of any hard stone matrices. You will then pass out " greenish-brown melted marbles " in the toilet later. A slower method is just to eat several apples or pears a day. A supplement you can take is magnesium malate (I know this is not the purist's choice, but it is an alternative for those who can't stand apples!). This is malic acid buffered by magnesium. The magnesium, by the way, is half the remedy for kidney stones; the other ingredient is vitamin B-6. May you be guided by and blessed by God in your decisions. Guest guest
For Doctor Goebel, Can the apples and pears be juiced or must they actually be chewed? If I can get the gallstone problem solved , It would take away 1 reason for the sept 7th operation? Thanks Bill - diana gia oleander soup Saturday, August 25, 2007 4:13 AM Re: Apples and pears Dr. Goebel wrote:Haveyou tried eating only apples and pears for a week? Guest guest
If you have not become insulin dependent, probably so. GTF chromium, Vanadyl sulfate, or alpha-lipoic acid (or a combination of these), potentiates the action of insulin up to 40-fold in transporting glucose into cells. The fiber in the apples or pears creates a much lower glycemic index than drinking the juice. So, avoid any fruit juices! If you want to take the slower route, just eat a few a day and take magnesium malate (1/2 teaspoon twice per day). Guest guest
You could use a combination of (FRESHLY) juiced and whole (fiber is the key word) pears and apples. Of course, if you are a type 2 diabetic use whole fruits instead of juice. Also please see the other post regarding this for more information.
