Guest guest
Being a health and truth seeker, I am always on the lookout for proactive approaches to help maintain and establish the best possible health for myself and others, Ive been further exploring a technique seemingly rarely used but the more I read on it the more excited I am at its healing potential. What I am talking about? Its nothing more than Hydrotherapy(also known as Hot/Cold Therapy). Benedict Lust and Father Kniep were some of trailblazers that really got this movement going along with many cases of amazing cures. In fact, Dr Schulze himself flat out declares this is by far his favored treatment for improving health! What I personally do to amplify the effect is drink my patented Detox Juice full of goodness (Haberneros, Horseradish Root, Radishes, Carrots, Beets, Squash, Onions, Garlic, Asparagus) while doing the Hot portion of the Hot/Cold Therapy ( I take Hot/Cold showers with the ratio being typically 3-4 Minutes of Hot alternated with 2 minutes of Cold for 3-4 Cycles - I also have an Aquasana Shower Filter installed btw)

Guest guest
The healing potential lies in the ability of hot/cold therapy to increase the circulation systemically (HOT Water STIMULATES Blood Flow to the SURFACE of the body, while the COLD Water STIMULATES Blood Flow to the CORE of the body, thus bringing FRESH Blood to the organs and glands and ALL parts of the body. In other words, OXYGEN & NUTRIENTS IN + TOXINS & PATHOGENS OUT. The more I read about hydrotherapy, the more I am impressed and feel that it should be part of a comprhensive healthy lifestyle, and essential for those with a chronic disease, such as cancer. Guest guest
Kevin; I hold a certificate in hydrotherapy. in the 60's I went thru a nursingschool which incorporated hydroptherapy. Have forgotten a lot but use moist heat, hot and cold for injuries, sprains and blood flow, including my dogs. It is a much undersused tool I fractured my ankle Monday and the ...hospital...took off my support banadage and let theleg swell and only after begging for ice did I get some.Came home and soaked in bucket of ice water, Today hot and cold...We did salt rubs, power spine soaks massage etc. Janicekevinphett <kevinphett wrote: The healing potential lies in the ability of hot/cold therapy to increase the circulation systemically (HOT Water STIMULATES Blood Flow to the SURFACE of the body, while the COLD Water STIMULATES Blood Flow to the CORE of the body, thus bringing FRESH Blood to the organs and glands and ALL parts of the body. Guest guest
Bless your heart Janice, I hope you are feeling better. Last week I took a bad fall coming out of a nursing home of all places. Although I didn't break anything, I think I sprained my body and tore up my right knee badly. Today actually is my first day moving in any comprehensible way. I have been using ice for my knee, and no I didn't go to the doctor and it is healing. I think I will read up on that now. Thanks.
