Under the tongue, a gulp of juice and THEN swallow

Tony says to take half of it under your tongue and mix the other half

with a good strong juice (like pomegranate, acai, grape juice with

grapeseed extract, cranberry, etc.). Then, after you have held it

under your tongue for a few minutes, take a gulp of the juice at the

same time you swallow. You WILL taste the bitter oleander, but not

nearly as much as without the juice. And then when you drink the rest

of the juice, it is not at all unpleasant.

Tony said to put it under your tongue and swallow because there are no

taste buds under your tongue. And I do this, without breathing, and

you really don't taste it. but then you swallow and breathe and oh

blecch! it's like the taste, overtakes all my senses. LOL It will

get better as we get more experienced.
