Guest guest
Donna - I so understand your father - he and the rest of us have been brainwashed by almost a hundred years of mainstream medicine disinformation about natural healing versus man-made medicines. Thanks to over half a century of broken promises and abject failure in the so-called war on cancer, a growing number of people are looking outside mainstream medicine for answers - which is why over 50% of those who DO opt for chemo, radiation or surgery are also using complimentary medications, often behind their own doctors backs. I do not mean to be unkind or harsh, but you should tell your father that there are millions of graves filled with old school thinkers who put their trust and bet their lives on a system that attempts to burn, cut or poison away symptoms with very limited success and does nothing to address the underlying causes and imbalances. Make a copy of my article here in the Files section " Modern Medicine versus Nature in Treating Cancer " and show it to your father. And tell him to consider some " old school " thinkers of note that are wiser than either of us: " Leave your drugs in the chemist's pots if you can cure your patient with food. " - Hippocrates, " the Father of Medicine " 420BC " The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease. " - Thomas Edison " The war on cancer is largely a fraud " - twice Nobel Laureate Linus Pauling Oleander has been very, very effective against prostate cancer. It works best alone when it does not have to also fight the damage of chemo or radiation, but also works well with both. Good luck. oleander soup , Donna Lawson <lawson2396 wrote: > > Hi my name is Donna and my Dad has prostrate cancer. He is on radiation right now and I am not liking it one bit. Guest guest
Bless your heart Donna, this must be very hard for you. Unfortunately, Janice is right. You do have to abide by your dad's wishes. Do see if you are able to help him boost his immune system, if he will accept this. So many people are brainwashed to the point where they fear natural remedies and cling to conventional medicine. They trust their doctors and will do only what they say. We can try to help someone by giving them the information that might help him, but in the end, it is their decision. It does hurt, but just love him and be there for him. How old is your dad? I could go deeper into this by saying it may involve some karma, we never know. The inner self may be making decisions we are not aware of. In the end, we must step back and allow the person to make their own decision. As for your dad being from the old school, this is not necessarily so. It is a certain mindset. I run into many, many people, even young people who will do only what their doctor tells them and who regard people like you and me as quacks. I know this is very hard but, each person deserves the dignity of making their own decisions. Love and understanding are the answer. They speak volumes and sometimes work miracles. Guest guest
While I agree that one must always be loving and kind, and I understand that they SHOULD accept and support their loved one's decisions, I just cannot I cannot advise them to agree to a path that they know leads to likely early suffering and early death for a loved one like a father. I would not do so! I am not terribly familiar with Epicor, I do know that it is highly touted and has it's share of supporters. And it costs a bit of money too. But that is neither here nor there - what I DO KNOW is oleander, the reason for this forum. And oleander is the most potent immune stimulator known to mankind. Period. And you can make it yourself at home for only pennies. In European studies in 1986-87 oleander was found to have fully six times the immune stimulating activity of the two most powerful patented immune stimulators known to man. No doubt, that is why an oleander based supplement (OPC) has been used for the past three years in South Africa and been 100% successful in reversing of stabilizing symptoms in HIV patients and successful in 72 out of 80 cancer patients - many of whom were in late stages, and many of whom had prior chemo or radiation. In fact, of the 8 patients who did not survive, 5 were in their very last handful of days and could not hold down the oral supplement and 3 others died of major organ failure as a likely result of prior chemo. That is as close to 100% as I have ever heard of in any treatment or substance on the planet. I know of no other botanicals, supplements or other substances that can even come close to such a performance - and there are many that I like a lot and recommend. None of them come close to oleander, though, and no way I would recommend any of them before oleander. oleander soup , Preferred Customer <commonsense2265 wrote: > > Donna I am sorry that your dad is ill but you can only accept what he wants to do and be loving and kind...This is hardest things to do but getting his immune system boosted is an excellent idea. Guest guest
Donna, I would like to retract my last post. I was very wrong to give the advice I gave on this forum. It was certainly wrong and to think that I would be personally responsible for ending a life even if it were only by advice I gave, it would be a burden too heavy for my heart to bear. I am very sorry. I see now that it was an unkind and hurtful post. Do all you can for your dad, no matter what. Tell him that you need him, you would know the right words. Guest guest
, Thank you for your love and kind words. My Dad is 74 years old. I think that once my Dad gets through his radiation treatments then he will listen to what I have to say. I am going to try to get him on the Oleander soup once I find out a little more information on it. I am really new to it and don't really understand yet what it actually does. I know that Tony told me that it works well with Radiation treatments. I think that my Dad will ask his Doctor if it is okay to take it, drink it, eat it or whatever you do with it...I don't have a clue right now what you do with it. I don't know where to purchace it, how to make the soup. What they told my Dad before he started the radiation treatments is that he was to take no Herbs at all. I don't have a clue why. If anyone knows why please let me know. It just doesn't make any sense to me. I do have my Dad taking Mediterian Wild Oregano which is called Oregamax and Pumkin oil which is called Pumkinol. They have used this for centuries as a prostrate tonic. He needs to boost his immune system and also to protect his liver. I am glad that I joined this group because I have a feeling that I am going to learn a whole lot of things. I am on curezone all the time and have learned alot from that site too. I have had fibromyalgia for 13 years and I was disabled from it. I had chronic Depression also. They put me on every antidepresant that they made. Nothing worked. One made me gain 80 lbs in 6 months. I was bed ridden alot due to the pain. I was on 6 vicodin a day 1,000.00 mgs each, I was on Antidepresants, Ambien for sleep, Oxycotin for pain. This Jan my father in law found out that he had lung cancer. In Dec. he was the fastest walker in the mall. He walked 3 miles a day, everyday, never smoked, always watched his diet. When I found out that he had lung cancer, I started doing research on natural remedies. Cleansing, clean foods. Fasting and so forth. My brain was like a sponge absorbing all the natural health information that I could absorb. I started putting what I learned into practice. I did a colon cleanse, I fasted with veggie juices. Drank green juices, did cleansing enemas and retention enemas. Parasite cleanse and so forth. After two months I noticed that my pain was completely gone after 13 years. I had tons of energy. I'm on no medications at all, no antidepresants at all, no sleeping medicines at all. I am free of all prescription drugs!!! I am 52 years old and I can out do my neighbors that are in their early 30's. I am still eating organic foods and cleansing and so forth and I feel great. Last year I didn't think I was going to live that long. Now I am looking forward to a healthy long life. My father in law passed away in April. Three months after he found out that he had lung cancer. He went fast. I am a living testimony to all my friends and they want some of what I have now, so they ask me questions and I tell them what I have learned and have them do research like I did and am still doing. There is a whole world of nowledge out there to learn. I find this natural health world exciting and fun and I am proud to say that I am a part of it now. Thanks for listening and caring. Guest guest
You can google it but here is a link that gives the history plus I purchased at Swansons.com as it is less expensive. It is a natural immune system booster that is quite remarkable.Read this article A distinctive new supplement made from 100% natural brewer's yeast The only product of its kind that provides yeast-based high-metabolite immunogens EpiCor is a new kind of supplement. A supplement that nearly defies classification with its distinctive, broad-spectrum activity. It's produced through a proprietary multi-stage fermentation process called MetaGen4 using all-natural nutritional yeast. This process activates the development of high-metabolite immunogens that feed and nourish the body's immune system to strengthen resistance and maintain wellness-before issues develop. Extensive research into the core characterization and safety of this remarkable activated yeast substance supports its daily use as a novel new supplement for preventive health maintenance. It's immuno-amazing!EpiCor® is a unique and novel dietary supplement used for support of immune health, with a fascinating history of discovery. In 1943, a company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa called Diamond V Mills, Inc. began manufacturing and selling a fermentation product from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the same yeast used in bread and beer making. The product was and still is used as an additive for animal feed to help improve digestion as well as overall health in animals. It has been on the market for over 60 years. Interestingly, when the company became self-insured, they became aware of unusually low rates of illness in employees that worked in the manufacturing plant for this animal product. This led to very low increases in their insurance premiums over the years compared to other companies, saving them quite a lot of money. Hence they began to investigate what might be the cause of the “healthfulness” of the employees at the fermentation plant. This investigation and subsequent research studies led to the formal acceptance.Donna Lawson <lawson2396 wrote: Janice, Thank you. Can I ask what Epicor is? I have never heard of it. Is it a herb? Guest guest
Pardon for the intrusion, but I believe Oleander would be the best alternative. You may have to make it but if taken as prescribed it gets rid of the cancer with you are guaranteed of the cancer not returning. That is, as long as you take it. Seems to me that it would be worth it. What track record does Epicor have? It is new. Is there a guarantee? How much does it cost? Tony has researched Oleander for years. In a situation like this, I would go for what works and what has been proven to work. The outcome is much too important.
