Guest guest
Hiya Folks - Let's talk a bit about oleander and the group, shall we? First of all, I have made a few changes to the group settings. To avoid further spam messages about products, dating sites, " free CD's " , etc., I am setting all new members posts to moderated - meaning they have to be approved before appearing in the forum or sent to group members. I also went back and, with few exceptions, applied these changes retroactively to members who joined the group during the past 30 days. Once a member has been here for 60 days, or has established a pattern of making posts that contribute to the group, the setting for the member will be changed to unmoderated. There will be NO censorship of opinion, except for prolonged arguments that serve no one, only of commercial or inappropriate messages. Next, since many members come to this health group seeking information about oleander, I would point out that the best source of information about oleander is the book I wrote, " Cancer's Natural Enemy " http://www.rose-laurel.com Many of the members of this group are here as a result of buying the book; however it is not and never shall be a requirement to do so in order to belong to the group. Those who have bought the book would likely tell you, as does Cancertutor.com, The International Wellness Directory, Annie Appleseed, Herbal Musings and others, that my book really is the best source of information. Having gotten that blatant plug out of the way (smile), I would like to tell new and existing members of three discounts available for members of this group: 1. Anyone who should decide to purchase the patented oleander medicine Anvirzel from the Salud Integral clinic in Honduras, is eligible for a 10% discount due to being a member of this group. Since a 3-month supply cost $2700 at last report, that is a significant savings. 2. The patented OPC oleander supplement that is available commercially for $299 to $345 per 500ml bottle is available to this group at only $99 including shipping directly from the patent holder in South Africa: Marc Swanepoel marcswan 3. I have negotiated a discount available just for this group with the company I consult with and help out Utopia Silver, makers of the best colloidal silver on the planet and distributors or inositol/IP6, plant based minerals, and much more. I personally take many of their products and now you can too at 15% off by following my affiliate link to their site: http://tinyurl.com/2ynqk8 and then entering the discount code: LR001 whenever you make a purchase Beginning now, each member of this group will be automatically added to Utopia Silver's Silver Bulletin Newsletter, where I am a featured author and am working to make it one of the better health newsletters available anywhere. If you wish to opt out of this free subscription, each issue (sent twice monthly) has easy opt out instructions - but I would advise you to not be hasty, since you will be receiving lots of good information and notices of special sales and discounts on health products I personally approve and endorse - but not so frequently to ever be a nuisance. 5. Soon each of you will have an opportunity to also join a new forum being created for the website in progress, " The Best Years in Life " . The forum already has 2500 potential members and will be primarily about living longer, healthier and happier lives. It may be divided into a number of smaller forums. This Oleandersoup group will remain a separate entity, as I want this group to keep a more narrow focus on oleander. My recommendation - join both! I also recommend that you join the CureZone forums (http://www.curezone.com or http://ww.curezone.org), where I am very active (my ID there is Dquixote1217) and there is much to be learned and debated about natural health and healing. Speaking of oleander, I recently had communications with a true oleander soup veteran who told me that he once made oleander jelly and then had someone successfully use it to defeat cancer. I thought about that, and figured that if you could do so without using sugar (say using Lo Han or Stevia instead), it would be a good and novel way to preserve the oleander. I wonder what other novel ways might be used? Do I see the Great Oleander Cookoff on the horizon? And finally, I have been out of oleander for some time now - did not have a good place to make it and then moved and there are no plants nearby, so I contacted a couple of sources and was about to get some, but then I ended up meeting the grand dame of oleander soup who was on the verge of making a new batch - and so I ended up getting about 100 fluid ounces of very strong soup that has not been diluted or preserved. Plans are to do a bit of experimenting with part of the soup, use some for face creme/lotion and consume the rest. I immediately made a mix of 20% Utopia Silver colloidal silver and 80% concentrated oleander soup and ended up with soup that is about twice as strong as that in the original recipe. So a full dose would be 1 tablespoon instead of two. As it turns out, my soup maker source believes, as I do, that filtration is the key to avoiding side effectss, and she filters her soup no fewer than FIVE times. To test this theory out, I jumped right in with the full dose twice daily, despite months with no oleader soup. It has been four days now - and not one singlee side effect. Zilch. Now, don't try this at home, folks - but by all means, do go for the extra filtering! Tony

Guest guest
LOL - I hope that is a good thing! Anybody got any tips on the very best way to make the most potent oleander skin creme? My first and only other batch was a disaster. Totally my fault though - I had already added flavoring when I decided to make the creme, then took my eyes off at the wrong moment and scorched it. Added some liquid to reconstitute it and ended up with brown funky smelling goo that did not work. But I got lots of looks when I applied it! : - ) oleander soup , " ed4soup " <ed4636 wrote: > > Tony, you give me goose bumps. Guest guest
hey Tony and group. to make oleander cream is as easy as breathing, so go go go. all you need is a double boiler, a small pot or even a frypan. you put a cup of water in the pot to boil. you put 4 teaspoons bees wax in a jar and 8 teaspoons of any oil you have like almond- apricot or even olive oil and put the jar in the pot. and lower the flames so the jar does not brake. Now warm up the prepared oleander soup say 1 cup and when the wax has melted give it a stir with a teaspoon and start addind the oleander into the jar slowly and keep stiring until you use the lot take the jar out of the pot, turn of the gas and keep stiring the cream until it strarts to set, and there is your oleander cream. good luck everybody regards Mary from Australia - Tony oleander soup Monday, June 25, 2007 2:20 PM Re: The Great Oleander Cookoff? Guest guest
The easiest way is to boil down the soup untill only a little remains in the bottom of the pot say 1/2 an inch then mix with favourite hand cream 1/3rd oleander to 2/3rds cream.......just ordinary hand cream......the first time I made it I mixed it with a very thick zinc and castor oil cream and had awful yellow stained underwear.....but with ordinary hand cream it sinks into the skin easily and there is no staining at all......Pam - Maria Stathopoulos oleander soup Tuesday, June 26, 2007 12:24 PM Re: Re: The Great Oleander Cookoff? hey Tony and group. to make oleander cream is as easy as breathing, so go go go. all you need is a double boiler, a small pot or even a frypan. you put a cup of water in the pot to boil. you put 4 teaspoons bees wax in a jar and 8 teaspoons of any oil you have like almond- apricot or even olive oil and put the jar in the pot. and lower the flames so the jar does not brake. Yeah, your way is how I tried it, but I was distracted at the last minute and scorched it to a hard substance, plus I had already added some orange flavoring. This time I shall be sure to not scorch it no matter how I make it or what I add to it. Guest guest
Some good oils to consider would be unrefined coconut oil (this will harden at cold temps), macadamia oil, jojoba oil, tea oil (not tea tree oil), hemp oil, Kukui nut oil. Probably olive oil is not a good choice because it is not for high heat and even better if you use it when heat is not needed. Personally, I don’t like castor oil (except for castor oil packs) in creams because it tends to get sticky. Aloe Vera would be good as long as you are not using liquid as just about all liquid Aloe contains sodium benzoate as a preservative (even if it is not listed). Some of the higher quality aloe powder has too much fiber in it and will not mix well. Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols & tocotrienols) would be good. MSM (make sure it is a good form of MSM) Colloidal Silver Emu (great for the skin) Essential Oils or flower waters that are healing to the skin. (Lavender, Bulgarian rose, Neroli, etc.) If you use good essential oils it will be necessary to refrigerate the mixture. In mixing the soup with a pre-made hand cream, you may want to make sure that it is a “clean” cream and not full of toxic chemicals and excipients. If you want a cream instead of an oil then do a search on the internet for organic base creams. There are some good ones out there that are very clean and not full of chemicals such as parabens, etc. If you will tell the company what you are going to add to the cream they will usually take out some of the water so that you will have a good consistency. Tony, do we know what the benefits are of using the oleander transdermally? Guest guest
dear pam hand and even face creams on the market contain chemicals and chemicals is what we all try to avoid here. it my be easier but is not good for our face or our body, a little work will do us good dont you think? as for staining i for one don care as long as the cream it does what i want and need .any way each one of us has a choice to make for themselves.
