The human body needs salt. Without it, we die. However, some foods contain their own salts. The nice thing about celtic sea salt is that the sodium/potassium ratio is perfect for the human body and, of course, the charged minerals.

 

I too tried the Sole recipe (http://www.mnwelldir.org/docs/reviews/h_salt.htm ) and liked it. A homeopathic amount is charged with energy. However, you can get the same benefits by adding just few grains to any recipe.

It is quite obvious that a person can eat too much salt. It is also

true that you die w/o salt. In Biblical times, salt was considered

wealth. Wars were fought over it. Without it you do die.

 

I went for a number of years eating too little salt. When you drop

salt low enough, cholesterol no longer converts into the steroid

hormones. Premature aging, senility, weakness, immune system weakness,

loss of endurance and concentration are just a partial list of

symptoms.

 

Have you ever walked into a health food store and noticed a woman in

shorts, only in her 50's, but with wrinkled skin all over her legs,

thin legs that nevertheless are not muscular but look like they are

only made of fat. These are very unhealthy people who eat almost no

salt, no protein, and no oils or fats. Beware the vegan who eats only

organic carbohydrage! This is a very unhealthy class of individual. A

vegan must be quite educated to get all the nutrients in sufficient

quantities. Correct combinations of foods are necessary to get whole

protein for the body. The oils are necessary for life and health.

 

Just don't put a teaspoon of salt on your food! A pinch is all it

takes.
