Thanks for this link - Everyone should go there and read about this

bill which allows supplements to carry scientifically justified health

claims. It shifts the burden of proof to the FDA to prove that health

claims are NOT scientifically warranted, rather than assuming that

health claims are forbidden as advertising unless they relate directly

to either structure or function.

 

I saw a notice just yesterday about this bill but had not posted it

because the one I saw came from the highly suspect Dr. Rima " the sky

is falling " Laibow's organization. I think there is a strong

possibility that she and her Ex-General Head of Military Intelligence

husband are a fifth column who appear to work for natural health but

really work for the other side.
