Guest guest
http://www.emofree.com/ What is EFT? EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique EFT is a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is a unique version of acupuncture except you don't use needles. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. It launches off the EFT Discovery Statement which says... " The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. " And because our physical pains and diseases are so obviously connected with our emotions the following statement has also proven to be true... " Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases. " Possible EFT limitations I'm not saying here that EFT is perfect. We don't get 100%. But it usually works well and the results are sometimes spectacular. It often works where nothing else will and it represents a Doorway to your new Healing High-Rise. There is upwards of 80% success rate with using only the basics of this technique, and the results are usually permanent. It is a gentle, safe healing technique that anyone can do for themselves. EFT is " acupuncture without the needles " . The roots of EFT can be found in traditional Chinese medicine: negative emotions block the energy flow within the body. In order for the emotional problem to be resolved, the energy block needs to be removed. In EFT, the client focuses on the 'problem' and taps with two fingers on the meridians carrying the energy. Consequently, a release takes place. This clears the physical or emotional pain being worked on and health and wellbeing are restored. You will find that EFT is usually quite gentle and you can often achieve substantial relief with little or no pain. This is not true for everyone, however. Some people's issues are so intense that the mere mention of them causes emotional or physical pain. But, given time, even these are often resolved efficiently with EFT. EFT is radically under utilized by most people. Instead of becoming a regular part of their lives it is looked upon as an emergency measure to be used only when they are in difficulty. This makes the technique much less valuable to most people than it could be. If you aren’t using EFT regularly, tap first on any difficulties you have in instituting a regular use of EFT, and install positive Choices that will help you structure such a process. In doing so you can use EFT itself to help you with your use of EFT!
