Mervyn,

" brandon has taken about four months to recover ,but not fully 100%

> its a long process . . . "

Mervyn, I know it's a long process and I know how very, very

dangerous kawasaki's disease is. Please do not let your guard up

until you are positive that it is over. I don't want to alarm you,

but it's best to be too careful in matters as these than to assume

that everything is okay. Please, please make sure your son gets

enough rest and doesn't use up too much energy just yet. I know he

may not understand being so little. Have you read up on Kawasaki's

disease yourself? How recovery is to go? And when to let your guard

down? It's been so very long for me that I'm not sure, I just know

that you must be so very careful. He is so fragile. I will keep him

in my prayers.

This is so very dear to my heart, and I will tell you why. My

daughter was a premie, born two months early in 1972. She weighed 3

lbs 8 oz. They didn't have all the medical knowledge they have now

and being in the hospital for three months, they did not expect her

to live. I remember praying, God let me have her for a little

while. When she came down with kawasaki's disease, I was afraid the

little while might be over. I remembered my prayer. and again I

prayed. Can we all pray for this little boy, send positive light and

love to him?
