Guest guest
Hi, I prepared the OS but I didn't take it for the moment as long as I am not absolutely sure all is perfect. I finally concentrate as said in the book to 1/10 of starting quantity, to initiate treatment with one drop. I filtered with 5 layers of coffee filters. I did the blend with vodka, but after one night it appears really cloudiness in the bottom.I filtered it once again. Each time I filtered it, I had to wait for one night to get it filtered. I think I got a well filtered OS, but please let me know if I can take it. It's not a problem if I have to throw this preparation and do a new one. Anyway, it will be a good training. I would want to know too : as the concentrate OS is very toxic, it will burn the skin under my tongue when I will take it. Thanks Jan
Guest guest
There is no reason to concentrate it down so far. If you concentrate it more than called for in the directions, you have to adjust the dose accordingly. As far as concerns about burning under the tongue, alhtough I have not heard of that happening I have am really not that familiar with people taking it at such high concentrations. It would be easier to simply dilute it more. Guest guest
From my experience over the past 4 days, plain OS without the vodka does not burn under the tougue. When the vodka is added it burns just a little, but no different than any other herbal tincture that I have tried. I can vouch that if the preperation is prepared to the directions in the book, it can be consumed without harmful effects (short term anyway). I am taking 1 tsp every day at this time with zero symptoms or side effects. I have not even had diarrhea. Today is day 3 taking the OS. I am going up to 1 tsp twice per day tomarrow. By the way, the mice are fine. I was going to stop the OS with the mice, but I think that I will continue to give it to them until this Sunday when we move. When we move, they will be moving into a local field. I am meeting with a friend tomarrow who is post chemo and surgery for colon cancer. She is weak and I think that she would benifit from OS. I am going to tell her about it, the book, and the .By the way, my kids named one of the mice Olivia Oleander, I thought it was kind of cute.Best wishes to you all,JeffTony wrote: There is no reason to concentrate it down so far.
