Guest guest
Mervyn, My heart goes out to you. I know what kawasaki's disease is. My daughter had it when she was seven years old and no, it is not nice. In what stage of recuperation is your three year old? My daughter came down with it in 1978. At that time, it was untreatable. The only thing that could be done is taking aspirin to reduce the inflamation of the joints. She was very seriously ill for three months. At a certain point, I was afraid that she might not make it. Many don't. What kind of treatment is there nowadays? Are they doing anything to protect his heart? I know that the recovery process is also very slow. Easy does it. Or maybe it's better nowadays? Regardless, I know how serious it is and I know what a parent goes through. I will keep you in my prayers. oleander soup , " evitachristanty " <evitachristanty wrote: > > Janice ,wellcome to the odeandersoup soup site ,I admire greatly the > work you put in at poly helping everyone > Pam, thanks pam for your wonderfull story a couple days ago ,an for > including every think you take etc , > I am just a loose cannon that wanders around ,.I am 60 years old , > I had a bypass last year along with everythink else ,I have a 30 > year old wife (evita),who just loves me to deaf ,. > my 3 an half year old son is recovering from kawasaki disease,it is > not nice > we did not treat it at the time as no one new what it was , > my last biospy was clean ,I live most of the time in bali now as > australia does not let you take enough vitamins etc to let you > live,.to many items are banned an I take a lot of them , > have a good look at serrapeptase I think its good stuff, > I still also take my epicor along with everythink else , > Pam I have ordered the oliveleaf extract you said about thanks ,. > I git most of my vitamins from beyond a century.com,they are 10 > times cheaper on a lot of things then other supplier ,an their > product is good ,as long as you dont mind taking powders, > keep up the good work ,I am feeling very well an hope to hang around > for another 20 years , > sorry about my spelling etc ,I left school at 12 years > mervyn >
Guest guest
It could have been worse, Mervyn. You could have gone on and gotten a medical degree - and then you would likely know far less about the role good nutrition and natural health plays in keeping you healthy! Did you know that the average waitress lives about 15 years longer than the average doctor? Which might imply that when we become ill we should go have a cup of coffee. We look forward to having you hang around for at least another 20 years! " Doctors are men who prescribe medicines of which they know little, to cure diseases of which they know less, in human beings of whom they know nothing. Guest guest
-dear luella ,thanks for your comments , brandon has taken about four months to recover ,but not fully 100% its a long process,he is the only child to ever have it in bali so their was little hope to catch it in time to prevent it doing some heart damage ,we were lucky to work out what it ever was as the doctors are not the best here ,In China at the moment we climed the great wall yesterday , mervyn -- In oleander soup , " May " <luellamay129 wrote: > > Mervyn, > > My heart goes out to you.
