FDA action review - ARE WE MISSING MORE IMPORTANT ISSUES?

Ed - Thanks a lot for that post. While I do not always agree with Mercola, I do most of the time, and more importantly, I consider him a trusted source. His message and the discussion that follows clearly demonstrates that while we have been making much ado about what appears to be a lesser issue than others that are looming before us. While the FDA guidance that Laibow and other are inundating the internet message boards with does have significance, it pales besides some other issues that we SHOULD be much more concerned with, and one of them Bill S.1082 is due to be voted on tomorrow! The day originally set for the end of public comment on the overblown FDA guidelines issue!The way this issue was over-blown and misrepresented in the beginning was something that I posted worries about from the first time I saw it - and something that fellow member David wondered about as well, when he asked if this was not just a diversion for something more sinister being pulled off.Everyone should take a look at Mercola's blog and the comments that follow. legistion that WILL Gut DSHEA: Senate Bill S.1082- The FDA

Revitalization Act will create a Pharmaceutical Company Inside the FDA

which basically hands broad new powers to attack Dietary Supplements.

efforts towards killing this bill/adding an amendment. (Then put your

next efforts towards fighting Codex and The Trilateral Agreement by

joining either the IAHF, The National Health Federation, or the Life

Extention Foundation, all of which have extremely credible track
