Guest guest
Kevin:I am new to the group . I was stage 3 Multiple Myeloma with no hope. After taking a supplement called Poly MVA in heavy doses, to get my cancer into remission I am doing the following:Taking polymva 2-3 tsps daily Coq10 500 mgs, Liver support, Immune support, Try to get in BVitamins, Calcium, Magnesium, Pancreatic enzymes for my weak digestion (goes with O blood type) Adrenal support, Vitamin C (I have to space that out as it cannot be taken near my poly dose) LysineStay off sugar as much as possilbe, drink water instead of juice. Trying to stay on a healthy diet. Always was but not healthy enough. Stay away from cereals and refined sugars. Also heavy meats, only eat occasionally. As I have put on too much weight I now need to go back to limited exercise and cut back on amount of food.Janicekevinphett <kevinphett wrote: Just intrested in what some of you guys and gals take everyday in being proactive for your health. NO MSG! Olive oil Coconut oil Omega 3 supplement from flaxseed, borage, fish and safflower Turmeric CoQ10 Milk Thistle (silymarin) Alpha Lipoic Acid Selenium Garlic Vitamin D Calcium Magnesium Zinc Multi-vitamin Acetyl L-Carnitine Sometimes Melatonin and Valerian Root for sleep Sometimes green superfoods (chlorella and spirulina) Oleander soup twice a week At present, I fudge more than I should - but if I had cancer or another cell degenerative condition, I would be very strict and do much more - and would absolutely include the new OPC supplement made now with 80% oleander and 20% sutherlandia frutescans. Others would likely include graviola and cat's claw, more frequent cleanses/detox's, a bit more exercise, cutting out almost all dairy and grains, etc. In the files section here, as well as in my book, you will find " A Plan for Living a Long and Healthy Life " , which contains what I think is a pretty good list of things to do and things to avoid. I will be updating it soon. Tony
