Kevin:I am new to the group . I was stage 3 Multiple Myeloma with no hope. After taking a supplement called Poly MVA in heavy doses, to get my cancer into remission I am doing the following:Taking polymva 2-3 tsps daily Coq10 500 mgs, Liver support, Immune support, Try to get in BVitamins, Calcium, Magnesium, Pancreatic enzymes for my weak digestion (goes with O blood type) Adrenal support, Vitamin C (I have to space that out as it cannot be taken near my poly dose) LysineStay off sugar as much as possilbe, drink water instead of juice. Trying to stay on a healthy diet. Always was but not healthy enough. Stay away from cereals and refined sugars. Also heavy meats, only eat occasionally. As I have put on too much weight I now need to go back to limited exercise and cut back on amount of food.Janicekevinphett <kevinphett wrote: Just intrested in what some of you guys and gals take everyday in being proactive for your health. What I shoot for includes:

Pure water

Green & black tea

Raw or steamed vegetables and fruits of all the varying colors,

especially the dark green vegetables (raw spinach) and the dark fruits

and fruit juices (dark grapes, pomegranate)

Cold water fish, turkey or chicken

Brown eggs from free ranging hens

Raw almonds

Minimal diary products (yogurt), minimal whole grain products

Raw garlic, minced

Cayenne pepper

NO soy! NO MSG!

Olive oil

Coconut oil

Omega 3 supplement from flaxseed, borage, fish and safflower

Turmeric

CoQ10

Milk Thistle (silymarin)

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Selenium

Garlic

Vitamin D

Calcium

Magnesium

Zinc

Multi-vitamin

Acetyl L-Carnitine

Sometimes Melatonin and Valerian Root for sleep

Sometimes green superfoods (chlorella and spirulina)

Oleander soup twice a week

At present, I fudge more than I should - but if I had cancer or

another cell degenerative condition, I would be very strict and do

much more - and would absolutely include the new OPC supplement made

now with 80% oleander and 20% sutherlandia frutescans. Others would

likely include graviola and cat's claw, more frequent

cleanses/detox's, a bit more exercise, cutting out almost all dairy

and grains, etc.

In the files section here, as well as in my book, you will find " A

Plan for Living a Long and Healthy Life " , which contains what I think

is a pretty good list of things to do and things to avoid. I will be

updating it soon.

Well, let's see...

I eat lots of salads. My favorite.

Mostly raw vegetables, sometimes steamed.

I always include broccoli and spinach.

Pure Water

Black Tea and Green Tea

I don't eat red meat, only fish, turkey, and chicken.

Although I don't have any cholesterol issues I rarely eat eggs.

I only use olive oil.

Cheese now and then

Vitamins -

Int he past six months, I have switched to the True Essential brands

which are excellent. I take the women's pak every day

Mineral ph

Joint solutions with HA.

Now, I have two questions. Are soy beans themselves good for you? I

was surprised to see no soy with no MSG, although I had heard that

soy products aren't recommended anymore.

Also, the oleander soup. Where do you get it?
