Guest guest
I too have never suffered any side-effects. I've always filtered the last time through 4 to 6 collander size strainers lined with coffee filters and lint-free white paper towels. Ideally, one would use a Buchner funnel with medium-fine grade ash-free filter paper. Wetting the filter paper with vodka and drawing slight vacuum serves to seat the filter paper so that no material can bypass the filter. Those who understand what I am saying and have the equipment should use it. Otherwise please understand, if you do as Tony says (using multiple strainers lined with coffee filters), you will obtain an excellent product. I do suggest wetting the filters on the strainers with distilled water or vodka begin you pouring the liquid through. Dr. Goebel Ahhh...imagining that irresistible "new car" smell? Guest guest
Vacuum pump. Put in an in-line valve so that you can control opening the vacuum.
