One of the problems with focusing on the issue is that the FDA already has the right to call anything they want a drug.

 

Check out their pages. If "it" ameliorates, cures, fixes, relieves any disorder, they've always had the right to control it. They come down hard on supplement manufacturers all the time for making claims.

 

I am beginning to wonder why we are focusing on this issue. Is this a major distraction while something else is going on?
