Guest guest
To All, I have been a silent member for quite awhile. I am a breast cancer survivor who is trying rebuild her body after surgery, radiation and chemo, years of eating junk, depression, actomeophins, drinking too much, in other words: not taking care of myself prior to cancer. I have taken organic sulfer, vitamins, minerals and a batch of oleander that I did not strain properly. I appreciate the information about chiropractic care, although I have discovered the Atlas Orthognol chiropractic technique and found it most helpful. I really found the article about MSG very interesting and scary. I found Bruce's web site very helpful as well, along with Tony's files online and the cancerdr (probably not the name of the web site, but how I found Tony's web site in the first place!). We never know how what we read will push us, and others, to change. This has been a very intersting journey - I don't how many times I read and reread things before I decided to try something. In the course of trying to " fix " everything, I did what I have labeled, " dumping. " I tried everything at once. I really couldn't tell what was helping and what was not working. I have since tried to listen more to my body and learn to trust my body again. I am much more careful about what I put in to it. I live in the south. That's a very hard place to be - very few natural drs, just three places to buy organic. I know that I haven't been very vocal, but I read and think about everything this group moves through. Some of the posts have been most helpful. Thanks, Janna
