I am not in any way discouraging debate and discussion and I realize that forum debates can sometimes get a bit contentious, but I would suggest that the proper manner to address issues or grievances between members before contention sets in would be to politely post differences of opinion in the forum and if the need is felt to go further or take the debate to a personal level, simply correspond with one another via private email.
