this says that you have to have some kind of machine to somehow charge this bottle of stuff to make it work but it doesnt say where to get the machine.

also I am wondering why the stuff in the bottle has the same chemicals in it as they are saying are in the chemtrails. if the chemicals are poison in the air, why arent they poison in the bottle.?
