Guest guest
Misty, I recently learned of DU and put 'depleted uranium' into the google search bar and wound up finding out alot of information that the mass media doesn't bring to light. It should be something that we are all up in arms about... the birth defects, the suffering of our military, the way the government is treating us like we are too dumb to figure it out and too dumb to do anything about it. I have taken articles to work and placed them where others would just pick them up and read.... I have started discussions with coworkers and friends..... there aren't too many who seem to have ever heard of this. Do you have any suggestions on how we can raise the public's consciousness? What do you think we can do to stop the use and the manufacture of the weapons using DU? Alberta - Misty L. No one should be exposed to that. We have already heard about Gulf War Syndrome- there are thousands and thousands of reports of those who served- and then in turn their spouses and children suffering from exposure to DU. And now we are using something like 3xs more DU this time around... The UN has called this practice equal to using Weapons of Mass Destruction. Everyone of draft age 18-35, male and female- since there are plans to draft women, and parents of people in this situation need to research DU as much as possible, as soon as possible, and make sure elected officals are told no to this.Comments?Misty L.
