Pardon me if this is a stupid question, but why not just get apricot kernals

from apricots and eat them?

Christina;

Laetrile wasn't proven to not work, although indeed that's what the

public relations department had originally said.

Ralph Moss, who was working in public relations for the Sloan-

Kettering Memorial Cancer Clinic at the time the laetrile studies

were done at that center had access to and revealed the actual

results in the news and was fired for it.

Laetrile had unexpectedly worked, and Sloan-Kettering had

subsequently falsified a news release in order to not lose further

cancer research funding.

Follow the money.

There are many people who have taken the laetrile (b17) route, and died. There are far more people, even percentage wise, who have died and not taken it. The laetrile is one of substances that destroys cancer cells, but through the body's own methods. The research had shown that the cyanide complex resident within it destroys cancer cells, because the cancer cells lack an enzyme to neutralize it, while the normal body cells have protection against it.

But, it certainly isn't a magic bullet. If one has had cancer therapy via radiation, or chemotherapy, often by the time people get on the therapies that will help, their body's organs, and systems are so far damaged that they are going to die. But, even those who have had those therapies have more successful percentages when they have changed their diets, and resorted to natural methods, like the laetrile, graviola, enzyme therapy, and other things.

There are many natural foods and their supplements that destroy cancer cells and metabolize them out of the body.

Sorry about your family members. Just a question though. Had these

family members gone the chemo/radiation or surgery route before

taking the B17? I had read that once the immune system has been

killed by the chemo/radiation treatment that the laetrile would not

be effective except for perhaps extending the life a little longer

and perhaps helping to alleviate pain. Cannot remember the source of

this info. Surgery more often that not spreads the cancer wildly

thoughout the body.

I think we ought to look at cancer truly from a

holistic point of view rather than just trying to

identify it with lack of vitamins or even link it to

diet alone. I have personally gone through cancer

twice eventhough I have been on organic food in the

last 8 years. Each of us should try to understand our

own selves better and try to identify the causes of

our own disease. In my case, I have narrowed down the

causes to chronic stress which depressed my immune

system (bearing in mind that NK cells are highly

susceptible to stress), resulting in elevation of

Epstein-Barr virus (IgA VCA >100) which eventually

resulted in cancer. Research have shown that many

cancers are caused by virus (about 21%)notably EBV,

HPV, Hepatitis B, etc.

My approach to cancer prevention and treatment, in

addition to conventional treatments such as RT and CT,

is to find ways to support and enhance our own immune

system, and to remove the likely causes.

In my case, I had EBV for one and a half years before

cancer was detected. Subsequent to treatments and

resolution of the tumor, EBV remained at >100. My

search for treatment of EBV ended with transfer Factor

which managed to bring EBV level down to 6.61 after 3

weeks of supplementation. I was also on therapeutic

doses of many vitamins and herbal supplements but EBV

remained at >100 until Transfer Factor was added.

In conclusion, each of us is in a way unique and each

cancer is also possibly unique and we have to play an

active role in our search for a cure.

Regards

Yeong

Hi Christina: There is NO PROOF Chemo cures Cancer! NONE! It does destroy the immune system and weakens the patient! Do a search on it on Google you'll get the real facts.

IF had Cancer I would NOT do Chemo or allow it to be cut out. Cancer is curable!

I never said it cures cancer, as there is no cure for cancer, it has saved many people though, like myself and many people I know. Lance Armstrong had testicular cancer that spread to his lungs and brain and he is now 8 years cancer free simply through chemo, he did nothing else, how do you explain that?
