Guest guest
Hi Nancy!! Got your other email also about the Alzheimers. Thank you! Does this book also give recommendations on how to utilize the berries and nuts. Does it give quantities and form to take them in? By that I mean should they be eaten whole, crushed, etc. Elizabethcamooweal <camooweal wrote: I've just got a book out of our library called "Heinerman's Encylopedia of Nuts, Berries and Seeds" which gives "Nature's own remedies for hundreds of today's most common health problems".
