Guest guest
Very often pain is associated with dehydration. How much water do you drink? I have a friend who every time she calls me with a headache and I ask her how much water she has had she tells me something like " none for three days. " She has much less trouble with headaches since I got her drinking a quart per 50 pounds of body weight, plus a quart every day. Drink your water for several days and see what happens to the pain. It may be simply a case of dehydration. Kat All your favorites on one personal page – Try My
Guest guest
Christina It might help to try some very gentle yoga. I don't know your physical state but back pain for me was alleviated by yoga. Also I have arthritis in the lower back and hip it is good to do some gentle yoga to keep joints supple. If you are under stress, headaches is a symptom or it can be something in your diet.
