The following posting briefly explains the class action lawsuit being

initiated on behalf of cancer and vaccine victims, and others who have

sustained immune system related injuries from medical procedures

including chemo and radiation therapies. This is likely to be the

largest class action suit ever filed against private companies and

institutions.

 

TO JOIN THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT read the following and then:

Individual cases will be examined for merit and inclusion into the

Since this effort will tax the administrative staffs of Tetrahedron,

Inc.--a nonprofit educational company--and Dr. Horowitz, we are

requesting small or large financial donations from those who can afford

the non-tax deductable contribution. A portion of the $40 "sponsoring

member" contribution made to the ÒNational Health Education and

Political Action Initiative (NHEPAI)" will be applied for this purpose,

Dear Leonard,

 

It was a pleasure talking with you last week. As we both realize, the

widespread practice of begging politicians places us in a position of

weakness, since they can reverse their "promises" with impunity.

Therefore,

both the carrot and the stick should be used for several reasons:

 

1. A powerful lawsuit together with accompanying publicity would

undoubtedly urge politicians to investigate the travesties

that have been hidden for decades.

2. There would be some recourse to political power since details

of this mockery would be aired in open court.

3. Aggressive attorneys would prosecute the case.

4. The participants would receive their share of the financial

awards.

However in order to generate potent legal pressure, at least 1,000

patients

must join the suit- the more that join, the greater the pressure!

 

The following diseases would qualify a patient to join the suit:

 

1. Anyone with a "new virus" disease- HIV, AIDS, Ebola.

2. Anyone with adverse effects from chemotherapy and/or

radiation.

3. Other vaccine and/or immune diseases- type-1 diabetes, Gerrig

disease.

4. If in doubt, send your medical records for review.

 

There is frequent confusion about how to deal with the cancer problem.

I am

told that it is easier to attack the drug companies on the basis of the

adverse effects of their treatments rather than their refusal to produce

safer treatments. This is a somewhat circuitous legal issue, but it will

achieve our goal of publicizing the toxicity of present treatments and

the

absence of safe ones. These allegations are relatively simple to

demonstrate since they are documented in many medical textbooks. And of

course the disease is not controversial, since physicians would agree on

the diagnosis of cancer.

 

Note that this is in striking contrast to the silicone breast implant

case

where both the DISEASE and the CAUSE were very controversial. But in

spite

of these obstacles, over $3 Billion ($3,000,000,000) were won!

 

With the new AIDS and Ebola viruses, it is likely that a similar

approach

can be used since much devastation has been caused by the producers of

these diseases. Reasonable legal targets would be Litton, Bionet, MIT,

NYU,

and any other organization connected in any way to the production of

these

diseases. In addition, it is crucial that the public be warned that

revered

Universities are involved in these sordid activities.

 

In my experience, the major challenge will be to motivate patients to

join

in this endeavor, since many applaud while few participate. The problems

that deter cancer patients from joining the suit may be:

 

1. Despair in facing a lethal disease

2. Disbelief that anyone would intentionally harm them

3. Belief that cancer research is "doing the best it can"

4. Fear of anger from their physicians

5. Lack of cooperation from the alternative medicine community.

Why Bother with a CANCER CLASS ACTION SUIT?

 

For years we have begged Big Business and politicians to do the right

thing

for cancer victims, but they have ignored us. "Business as usual"

continues

in spite of the increasing horrendous cancer deaths.

Background of Lew Brenneman, MD, PhD

 

 

Dr Brenneman is an immunologist who holds an MD as well as a PhD. He

treats

chronic diseases including cancer, chemical and occupational injuries,

collagen vascular and auto-immune disease over the past 20 years. In

addition, he has performed research with Nobel Laureate Linus Pauling at

Stanford University on oncology, cerebral mapping, and immunological

THE WAR OF A LIFETIME

 

 

A. The War on Cancer is Lost

 

1. Even the scientists on the President's Council on Cancer agree it is

lost.

 

2. Medical care and research have succumbed to the heavy hand of the

Pharmaceutical Industry.

 

3. The number of cancer deaths are UP and survival rates DOWN.

 

 

B. The Deceit that Destroys - The Plan That Defeats

 

1. Cancer statistics are manipulated in a variety of ways- outlier

discards, false comparisons, biased reporting, faulty 5 year survival

standard, etc.

 

2. We are told that the technology is unavailable to develop of MCT

(mild

cancer treatments). However, many such treatments have been developed

years

ago but were not approved or funded.

 

3. The majority of clinical studies, medical research, as well as

advertisements to physicians focus on chemotherapy and drugs to reverse

the

damage done by chemotherapy and/or radiation.

 

4. Pharmaceutical Industry spends $ millions lobbying, advertising, and

public relations in order to maintain their deceit.

 

5. In the past 50 years, over 20 million cancer victims have been

sacrificed to the Cancer Industry.

 

6. Although logic dictates that cancer treatments which are SAFER than

chemotherapy and/or radiation should be made available to patients for

immediate use, the Big Business dictates otherwise!

 

7. It is no coincidence that:

 

a. The Big Business has consistently researched, produced, and

advertised

toxic cancer treatments.

 

b. Laws and censures coerce physicians to preach the chemotherapy and/or

radiation party line.

 

c. The FDA, and its "Fast Track", primarily supports chemotherapy and/or

radiation. Lethal toxins receive "grandfather" approval while MCT are

ignored.

d. New chemotherapy protocols are often marketed as vastly superior

breakthroughs. However, most are slight variations of the same old

chemotherapy with the similar toxicity.

 

e. MCT such as cancer vaccines and other immune treatments could easily

have been developed years ago had they been funded, and most such

therapies

do not need in depth studies since they are no more harmful than blood

transfusions or insulin.

 

 

C. Needed - A Class Action Cancer Suit to FORCE a Change

 

1. Big Business must be hit where it hurts- their PROFIT$

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

 

 

In order to push the project forward, there are a few other things where

volunteers could be very helpful:

 

A. We need someone who likes to search on the internet. We need to find

the

FDA regulations/laws concerning physician exemption for certain type of

treatments which physicians render only to their own patients. Below is

all

the info I have but hope it will help in finding these FDA

regulations/laws.

 

If you know of anyone who may help find this info (perhaps on INTERNET

or

LEGAL DATABASES), it would be greatly appreciated. With this info, we

may

be in a position to offer certain immune treatments to any interested

cancer patient. We do not want to be constrained by the requirements of

the

university clinical trials (which often require that a patient fail

several

courses of chemotherapy and/or radiation). These immune cancer

treatments

are vastly safer than chemotherapy and/or radiation and have been shown

to

be effective.

 

As I understand it, the procedure required by the FDA before a drug or

treatment can be marketed to pharmacies or other doctors is:

 

1. Form an Investigational Review Board (IRB) to oversee the

clinical trials, and

 

2. Apply to the FDA for an Investigational New Drug (IND) number

which is their approval to carry out clinical trials on the drug

or treatment. This process often takes decades.

 

Apparently, there is an exemption that applies to physicians who use a

drug

or treatment ONLY on THEIR OWN patients (instead of marketing it to the

medical and pharmacuetical community). It is this exemption statement

that

I need; the wording is crucial.

 

My purpose in bypassing the lengthy IRB/IND route is to BEGIN USE of the

Immune Cancer Treatment IMMEDIATELY. Since cancer is a life-threatening

disease for which there are few safe and effective treatments presently

available, there are compelling reasons to use the treatment sooner than

later. Although it is true that cancer pts can enter one of the many

clinical trials using this same technique, they are required to have

failed

chemotherapy before they are elgible.

 

There are a number of precedence for use of this exemption:

 

1. All physicians often use drugs in a way which is quite

different from the indications for which they were approved by

the FDA.

 

2. Many physicians use combinations and/or routes of

administration for drugs in ways quite different from the purpose

for which they were approved by the FDA.

 

3. Many physicians, such as dermatologists, prepare their own

creams and other medications that are unique, and the formula is

not reportable to the FDA.

 

4. Many physicians, such as allergists, prepare their own

treatment antigens from a wide variety of sources: vacuum cleaner

bag dust, animal fur, moldy bread, intestinal bacteria, etc. The

formula is not reportable to the FDA.

 

5. Procedures such as biopsies, constrast scans, scoping of the

vessels, intestines, and other body compartments are routinely

varied based on the judgement of the physician, and are not

reportable to the FDA.

interested group. The best way to do this is to send/email/fax

personal injury attorneys in their area-- and received many responses.

 

2. Encourage organizations, clubs, and churches to help with this

effort.

Their type or goals dosen't make any difference, since any of them could

see the value of this project and join our efforts.

 

3. Another need is to answer the questions from people who have heard

about
