Walker recommends irrigation colonics and under no circumstances should you get a colostomy bag. You must break loose the fecal matter that adheres to the colon walls and builds up. I do this for my volunteers by having them do the high colonic taught to me by the Russian gal. It works but quite often is slightly painful if one does not follow instructions to keep the gas formed by the h2o2 moving. Where exactly does it get kinked. Used to be a two a day bowel man. But it's now hard to go once a day. When I do get cleaned out it off sets that gas problem and helps a lot. However whatever the place that gets so sore is never seems to heal. I've done tons of alternate stuff but that spot in my stomach still stays raw? So how do you un-kink a colon??? Hell of a time getting anything to pass through even with a colonic using irrigation colonic.
