I have done the flush several times with no stones, and not i am

getting GB symptoms, that are very uncomfortable. I do not want

surgery. Has anyone continued the flushes to get rid of GB symptoms?

I hope you didn't do this, but many people try the liver flush

without epsom salts because they don't like epsom salts. The epsom

salts are a crucial part because it releases the hepatic stones from

being held fast by the hepatic ducts by relaxing the ducts, and also

relaxes the main bile duct so you can pass stons about 3x the size

you normally would without complications.

You need a liver flush every two or three weeks until you get no more

stones. Here's the flush my clients use:

I started having gall bladder problems a decade ago, took fish oil and ate extra-virgin olive oil. Symptoms gradually went away (over a few months), and haven't been back. I'm still taking the fish oil and olive oil, which are good for the body anyway.

Duncan - I just wanted to say THANK YOU for sharing this info with the board. I had my gallbladder removed 15 years ago. I was only 27 yrs. old and knew nothing of natural healing / prevention at the time.

I only wish more people were aware of these things that we can do for our bodies to prevent needless surgeries.

My body did not react well to being deprived of its gallbladder.

For years I had horrible heartburn, bouts of intense cramping and diarrhea - so bad that I would faint. Then an ulcer - diagnosed about four years after the gallbladder was removed.

The doctors were absolutely no help at all.

I have only healed with the help of good foods - apple cider vinegar has helped with indigestion and "heartburn".

I cringe when I hear that anybody has undergone the surgery.

Thanks again - and for anybody out there reading about this subject - do whatever you can naturally to avoid the removal of your gallbladder. Your efforts will be well worth it in the long run!!!!
