Guest guest
Once the minerals essential to bone building are in place, realize that growth hormone levels also must be adequate for all cellular growth and repair including bone growth. This is a common omission in peoples' health regimes. The science is here: http://members.shaw.ca/patriciagilbert/ Just making sure of the adequate dietary intake of those minerals and vitamin (vitamin C especially) cofactors isn't enough either; bowel health is necessary to ionize the minerals for absorption. People who took inulin to correct the bowel bacteria and thus bowel pH experienced increased bone density. Unlike using drugs, these approaches build new, resilient bone. regards, Duncan Crow
